My eyes flutter open. I hear lots of beeps. I see bright lights. When I try to get up, I fall back and moan cause my head is in so much pain. I hear someone rush over to me. I look up to find Trey.

"H-hi, Trey! Where am I?" I ask

"You're in the hospital. Blake got into a fight and you tried braking it up and you ennded up getting punched by the other guy on accedent and you broke your nose and hit your head" he says

"Where's blake. I can I talk to him?" I ask

"Blake is asleep. He hasn't left. He hasn't left since you got here a week ago." He says

"Well when he wakes up tell him I want to talk to him" I say

"Will do, Tanner. Now, you go back to sleep. You're not leaving for a few more days." He informs me.

Great, imma going to be hear for a while. Just my luck. I love Blake and all but I knew shit like this would happen if I got together with him. I do to know what to do. I was pulled out of my thoughts when a doctor came in.

"Its time for your daily dose." She says

And within 5 minutes I am asleep.

**6 hours later**

I am woken up to the sound of boots hiring the ground. I wake up to find Blake, Trey, and a young looking guy guessing it's Bentley all holding flowers and teddy bears. Blake has a huge budle of roses (at least a 100) with a 10 foot teddy bear. Trey, with more roses and 3 stuffed animals and a box of chocolates. Bentley has roses and roses and roses.

"What's all this" I ask with tears in my eyes

"Well, blake here couldn't bare to see you like this and was scared he was gonna lose you" Trey informed me

When Trey said that, tears filled my eyes. Blake saw the tears and rushed over to catch the one that excaped my eye. They set everything down and Blake handed me a card. I opened the card and it read....

Dear my princess Tanner, I am sorry that I have put you through this. I wish it had not happened and that it did, rips my heart to pieces. I can't bare to see you like this at all. I also want you to know that I am deeply in love with you. I want to make sure you are happy and get the things you deserve. You deserve a lot of things. You deserve to be spoiled with things. You deserve someone that's not me and the fact that you did, I couldn't be happier. I am truely thankful. So if you take this gift, I can promise I will always be there for you, I will love you need you need to be loved, I will be your shokder to cry on, a hug that wraps you with comfort, and the most wonderful boyfriend that cares for you.

After I read that I started crying. No one has ever done something so sweet and so thoughtful in my life. I look up to see everyone smiling. Ear to ear. I look over at Blake who has a diamond ring in his hand.

"No I am not proposeing. Not yet anyway. This is a promise ring. If you take this ring, I promise to do everything I can to protect you, love you, care for you, help you, comfort you, and make sure you are safe. I love you Tanner." He says with tears in his eyes.

I shake my head as he slips the ring on my finger and I whisper in his ear...

"I love you, too Blake. Always will." I say

With that said, he smiles so big and gives me a kiss on the lips and I stop and smile cause I can't believe what's happing.
