" My horse." Wil walked up to it and hugged it. Why does he have a horse where's the cars man. I hate walking. Physical work and bleh.

" The four lands are in grave danger. Only the last Shannara with the help of his protector can save it." Soooo?

" Well, I'm Enoleia Rains, so obviously whatever the problem the world has, maybe global warming you should find someone else." Wil looked at me weird with one eyebrow raised.

"Why would global warming be a problem now?" Not giving me a chance to answer he turned back to Allanon. " Also my name is Wil Ohsmford so like she said, you have the wrong people."

" You are Shannara. Your ancestors where kings and warriors, heroes that lived and died defending the four lands. Men like your father.

"My father was a dead beat drunk who died lonely in destitute." And let's not even bringing up mine. I cringed slightly at the thought of him.

"You've been lied to. Do you believe in magic?" He said this walking closer to Wil and I.

"Of course not you nutjob!" I yelled, throwing my hands up and narrowing my eyes at him. Wil also looking at me like he agreed, but I can see he had doubts. He's a foot on the crazy train.

" Magic flows through you Wil. It's the Shannara blood."

"If I had magic inside me why didn't help me save my mom?" My eyes widen and started to tears as I was now thinking of my mother. I miss her, so bad. Allanon looked at me with a pitying look. Does he know?

" It could have. You didn't know how to unlock it. I can show you how." I stepped up and in front of Wil. I was feeling just a bit protective

"Okay nice speech and all. Really it was beautiful, but what does any of that have to do with me." Wil held me closer by my waist as Allanon stepped closer. The feels, man.

" In due time." He said with a small smile. Turning around he got on his horse. Really though where are the cars around here.

"That sounds like something a grandmother would say." He threw his head back and laughed mockingly. He muttered something under his breath that strangely sounded like you would know.

"Come. Both of your destinies await."

Wil got on his horse ready to follow. He looked down at me.
"Are you coming?" I looked around not really liking my options. I could continue to walk around or I could go with the crazies who would probably find me either way. But one of them is cute and less crazy. I smiled at him. He put his hand out to pull me up.

I looked at him and back to the forest before grabbing his hand. After getting on the horse behind him it felt weird and great how close we were. Though I keep feeling this tingling sensation every time he is near me.

"Hold on to me," he said grabbing my wrist and putting them around himself. He smiled looking back and gave me a quick wink. "Wouldn't want my protector to fall off. Then who's going to keep me safe." I laughed at his poor joke. Hitting his chest lightly I told him to just go.
Off to Neverland.
