Army of the Aswang

Chapter two: The dark woods

 I awoke in the morning tired, I open my door and look in the halls. Annie and witches were walking fast going downstairs, they look very terrified. I ask one of the witches that walk by if there is something wrong going on, she says."

              A portal opened In Washington Dc, an army came through it. And nine-hundreds vampires were killed, we are going to barrier them."

                   I whispered as I know my father and his army have arrived,

" my father  ... .he's here."

                I put on my leather jacket and walk downstairs as fast I can, I walk outside the cathedral and look up at the sky and saw a red portal with a cloud of bats coming through.

  I use my speed and flee to Washington DC, when I arrive on the main street. Annie came to me and lead me to Lafayette Cemetery, when we arrived there ... .the Silent Priests and armored vampires buried the vampires and normal people that were killed by an army that came through the portal that opened across the sky. It closed in the morning, at the Lafayette Cemetery I told Annie that my father had arrived in modern time.

            She looks at me and asks me why is he here, I say.

" He's here for me," Annie ask." To take you back to the 10th century?" 

           I said holding a black umbrella as it was raining,

                    " He's here to terminate me. He's very harsh, and he wants me dead. Things are about to change as he has ascended in this world, we gonna need an army to stop his forces. For now on, no one is safe ... .not even those that claim to be gods."

        Many vampires and witches came to the funeral, as it was daytime vampires wear their Daylight Ring. Draculin was standing on the sidewalk of the road. He looks sorrow and annoyed, I cross the road and went to speak to him. Before even I could say any words, he had already started talking with a loud voice as he was pissed and thought this was my fault. And that I'm responsible for the deaths of the vampires we buried today, I say to him trying to calm him down.

          " Look, I know you have hatred over me. But once you came to know me better, you'll know that I feel the same pain as you right now." 

                  He flees, I walk back to the graveside and hold Annie her arm. We return back to the cathedral, the Silent Priest call a meeting. Every vampires and witches that live in the cathedral had to report in the meeting room to the third floor. The meeting room is a beautiful room, when I first enter inside it for the first time. I was surprised and shock, in the middle of the room there is a golden wide fancy table and thrones-like golden chairs. The Ivy Mirror is sealed in the table, the Ivy Mirror is a mystical mirror that the Silent Priests use to see what is happening around the world. It shows everything that happening around the world;  when everyone sat. Egil stands and asks for silent, the meeting room is bewitched to get bigger and bigger depending on how many people. It is bewitched to change sizes, Annie and I were sitting to next to each other as always. She is a positive person, and because she is a Kisune; her brain can translate many languages.

     Egil give his give his big speech after we all hushed,

" my brethren ... .war is upon us. The army of the Aswangs have arrived into our world, it time for our society to stand and take action. These newcomers may be stronger than all of you, but if we stop fearing and fight these creatures ... .we may have a chance to breathe for another day. For years we have lived in peace, but as the day go on and on, things are becoming to change. We lost people that we consider brothers, they are in heaven now. But we can still remember them, in here ... .in our hearts. Our ancestors call this place home, they believe in peace and justice. Now the time has come to finish what they started," he was speaking in Greek. Everyone in the room was terrified when Egil tell them about the Aswang that have invaded our world.
