Army of the Aswang

Chapter thirteen: The Aswang Lord

The humans chained on those crosses were tearing up, and were very scared. The Aswang Lord was about to sacrifice them, he cares a knife in his left hand; he walk toward the first human chained on the first cross. He put the knife on his throat, and when he was about to slain the mortal man; Emu, Annie, Mason, and Arvid interfered.

     " Leave him alone!" Mason shouted.

                  The Aswang Lord turn his attention to them, with a fake smile he said to them." You four have made a bad decision coming back here, a place of sacrificing and my territory. Only a fool would dare interfere while I'm busy sacrificing these weakling for the gods. Right now I do not have time to face off against you four, leave before I change my mind."

         " We are not going anywhere you bastard!" said Emu with a menacing voice." Not until you let those humans go, if not we will take action."

       " So be it," said the Aswang Lord."

                     He give order to his vampires army to assault Emu and his friends, at this moment Mason had turn into his two headed wolf form; he had two tails and his fur was white as snow. His eyes glow red, and in this state he could breath fire from his mouth.

     After the Aswang Lord give order to his vampire army, they assault Emu, Arvid, Mason, and Annie. The four fight back, Mason was breathing fire at the vampires; and Emu was using her magic to set some on fire.

         Vampires these days, they have change. Since the rise of the Aswangs and powerful witches, many vampires have been upgraded, they have no weakness against sun light now. But they can be still get killed by fire and stick through the heart. 

      Some vampires wear Daylight rings, those who were upgraded by my father and powerful witches; they have become Daywalkers, immune to the sunlight. And some have become so powerful that a stick through the heart can't harm them anymore, the vampires that were ordered by my father to attack Emu, Arvid, Mason; and Annie they were more savage than before. They were much faster and stronger, and they can react quickly and turn into a cloud of bats. Emu could take them down using very powerful spells, and play mind tricks with their minds; making them see false things; and trapping few inside their own mind.

       Emu, Mason; Arvid, and Annie they overpowered and slain the Aswang Lord's entire vampire army, the ones present at the sacrificing camp.

       " Your bastards are all slain Aswang Lord," said Annie." Now let go of those innocent people, and no one have to get hurt."

      " I underestimated your strength," said the Aswang Lord." I didn't imagine you four would stand a change against the vampires I created, don't worry they are not dead. Sooner or later they will awoke, and they will be hungry and will unleash their anger against the citizens of New York and London. I upgraded them to be much stronger, and regenerate even after being set on fire. They are sire to me, I'm there life force; half of their souls is in me. If I die, and so as they. You four came here to capture me, but don't worry; you will not get out of here alive. My bite is stronger than that of a vampire and stronger than of a lower class Aswang, once I bite you; it's over for you, you will suffer a pain worse than death. There is not a cure for my bite, while at least that what I thought for over thousands years. It seems there is a cure after, I discovered it about a year ago; my son Calder . . . .his blood is the cure for my bite. Some how the Elders' powers have reincarnated in him, but when I killed them thousand years ago; I took everything that made them so special. But some how my son Calder is receiving their powers, I wonder how is that possible."
