"Wolves from the tribe of Gale?" One of the feral wolves asked as he began to slowly approach Angel on the other side of Fang's Crossing. "This should be a fresh kill." He said as he showed his sharp yellow fangs.

"You feral wolves make me sick." Angel said as growled ferociously. "Being banished from your tribes and living off the land...that is your fault! Not anyone else's."

The approaching feral growled back at angel. "You talk so powerful...Wolfe of the Gale tribe...but you are nothing more than a terrified pup that will soon be running with your tail between you legs..oh wait, no you won't...because you'll be dead!" He finished before he took off running toward Angel.

Watching from the other side, Kaden became very worried.

"ANGEL! BE CAREFUL!" He yelled.

Angel stood his ground as the speeding feral ran toward him at full force. When the feral was about five feet from Angel, he sharply turned to his left and the feral slipped off a loose patch of dirt; falling into the abyss below them.

"ARRRRRRRGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!" The wolf yelled as he fell into the pit.

"Hmph." Angel snuffed. "Fool."

Seeing their comrade fall, the other two feral wolves approached Angel a lot slower.

"Come for more?!" Angel said as he stood his ground.

On the other side, Adrian turned to Kaden. "We must go help him." He said.

"...Right." Kaden said after hesitation.

"Go. I'm right behind you." Adrian said.

Kaden obeyed and took a soft step onto the weak land bridge. As he looked up in reaction to a loud snarl up ahead, he saw that Angel had began fighting the two ferals.

Angel ducked just as once feral slashed for his head. When the wolf was open for a counter attack, Angel lunged for it's leg and bit it with full force. The feral wolf let out a sharp whimper.

As Angel was about to finish the first feral off, he saw out the corner of his eye: the other feral wolf lunging at him.

"Look out!!!" Kaden yelled to his exposed teammate.

The feral wolf got a deep, hard bite into Angel's back skin.

"ARGH!!!" Angel whimpered.

"NO!!!" Kaden yelled.

Angel looked up to the feral wolf who's leg was in his mouth. The wolf chucked slightly. Then he saw the wolf that had bitten him. Finally, he looed over to Kaden and Adrian.

"Don't do it Angel..." Adrian said to himself.

Angel locked eyes with Adrian. He released the wolf that was in his mouth and grabbed it head with his paws. "You must finish this you two!" He yelled out to Kaden and Adrian.

"Angel...PLEASE NO!!!" Kaden yelled.

Angel smiled. "Hmph...Goodbye...my friends...I'll see you soon..."

Angel twisted his body and pulled himself and the two feral wolves over the edge of the bridge. All that could be heard were the screams of the feral wolves as the descended into what looked like a misty abyss.

"No..." Kaden said; closing his eyes ass he felt a single tear fall from his eye.

"...We must push on..." Adrian said.

"What...How?" Kaden asked.

"Angel was as fearless in death as he was in life...We must not let his death go in vein! FOR THE VILLAGE OF GALE!!!"
