"I have no friends."

*time skip to the next day at the hotel room*

Lots of people say that family meetings are good, and that you get to talk about how you feel to one another.

But sitting in a hotel room with the majority of people being men, I don't see any point of us doing this.

"Luke, I'm being serious, do you feel upset with some things this family has been doing?" Liz asked Luke for the 20th time today.

Luke just shifted uncomfortably in his chair, "No." He mumbled.

Liz just gave all of us sharp glares, "I don't know what's with you guys and sharing feelings but it's getting me aggravated."

"Can we be done here, I need to check if I have any homework?" I asked confused on why I was still in this hotel room.

"I guess." Liz huffed as Luke and I both stood up to leave.

Luke and I both silently left the room and into the hallway when I received a text from Louis, "Hey, when can we hang again?" I laughed at his attempt to use american slang. Luke and I both stepped onto the elevator before I replied.

Me: Sure how about in like 10 minutes?

Louis: Sure, we are planning on going out and about so just pants and a shirt would work.

Me: You know me so well lol

Louis: U kno it ;) jkjk

Me: See you then

Louis: kk

I shut my phone off and slid it into my pocket, "Who was that?" Luke asked me.

I rolled my eyes, "A friend." I told him bluntly.

"What is with you lately?" Luke asked me.

I glared at him, "You're really going to ask me that?" I asked him in reply, judging his choice of words.

"Yes." He replied glaring back.

I rolled my eyes and turned to face the doors of the elevator, not wanting to glare anymore.

When the elevator dinged, meaning it had reached the main floor, I sighed in relief to leave the awkwardness.

We walked next door to our building, I was still wearing the sweat pants and shirt I wore to bed because it was so damn important to have this meeting earlier than when I usually get up. It was now 9 a.m. and I had wasted away 3 hours of my life in a silent hotel room.

I decided I would just change when Luke and I got back to the apartment.

"So how's life?" Luke awkwardly asked wanting to start conversation.

"I'm just going to ignore that question." I answered as we both got into the elevator.

It went silent except the soft elevator music that I wished would be replaced by some My Chemical Romance. The elevator finally dinged and we both quickly got off and walked down the hallway.

Luke got out his key when we reached the door and unlocked it, I still didn't have a key. Michael made it a point that I shouldn't get one until I was a citizen of Australia and that I should just stick with them for a while.

Luke pushed the door open and I quickly walked in and went straight to my room, not being bothered by Calum or any of the other boys, they were still asleep.

I locked my door and took a pair of leggings and a t-shirt out of my clothes box that I was still to lazy to unpack. I quickly changed and put my hair into a messy bun, did my eyebrows, eye shadow, and water proof mascara.
