Part title

"Why did I let this happen?" I heard Calum sob.

"Why was I so mean to her." Luke mumbled.

My throat was extremely dry as I opened my eyes.

"Cassie?" Ashton asked.

I heard someone get hit, "That isn't even funny." Calum scolded him.

"Ow, I'm not joking, her eyes are open." Ashton stated and pointed over at me and I looked back.

"Cassie?" Calum asked in disbelief. Calum climbed into the bed and wrapped his arms around me, "I was so scared."

I went to talk but some weird ass noise came out, "What the fuck was that?" Michael mumbled looking around the room.

I pointed to my throat and Luke stood up and handed me a glass of water. I chugged it down, "Thanks." I said barely audible, "What happened?"

"Well we busted into your room, and you passed out so Luke called 9-1-1, mostly because the rest of us were frozen. Then the ambulance came and only two people were allowed to ride so Luke and Mikey rode with you because Calum still can't drive." Ashton explained.

"How long was I out?" I asked them.

"A day." Luke mumbled.

I started freaking out, the heart monitor was going crazy, "I missed so much school." I mumbled.

"Cassie calm down, the teacher for English saw our project before we went home so she gave that girl a grade deduction and our's an A." Calum said and my heart rate got even faster.

I began to cry, "I worked so Hard on that fucking project."

Luke looked over at me, "It's okay Cassie, you're excused for the grade."

Michael nodded, "Yeah she's letting you choose whatever book you want so you can read to the children at the primary school."

"What is a primary school?" I asked them, still crying and my heart rate getting quicker.

"Where the kindergartners are, I think you guys call it elementary school." Ashton explained.

"I still can't believe that bitch ruined my project." I cried, there was almost no separate heart beats.

Calum sat up, "Cassie you need to calm down."

I began to see black spots again, "I don't know, if, I can." Breathing began to get harder every second.

Luke left the room yelling but I couldn't keep my eyes open any longer.

I opened my eyes again, I felt Calum in the bed with me, I looked around and saw that everyone was asleep. Michael took up the couch and Ashton's chair was in the corner so he could lean against the wall. Luke was sitting on his chair and he was slumped over my bed, his head in his hands.

Somehow Luke was startled awake and he looked up at me and I just stared back.

"Just stay calm for now." Luke stated holding his hands out.

I slowly nodded, Luke just sat up and stared at me.

I picked the cup of water that I had earlier and began to drink it till it was nearly empty. Luke picked up a water bottle that was on the floor, "I'm going to drop out early." I told him.

Luke choked on his water, but quickly swallowed it, "But you said that you would wait."

"Every second that I'm in school I want to die." I blurted out but quickly regretted it.
