Chapter 3

“What are you doing here?” Luke yelled causing me to launch myself towards him slapping my hair on his mouth to keep him from being loud.

“I could ask you the same thing,” my bestie Emma said walking inside the room giving me a look “Why is he here?” she asked placing her sunglasses on top of her head. 

“Why are all of you here?” I said still keeping my hand on Luke’s mouth but looking at Emma.

I turned to see Luke wiggling his eyebrows and looking towards my body and I looked down to see the towel had opened and I gasped and quickly tightened it, great I just basically flashed Luke wonderful. (Sarcasm)

“Sweetie is everything alright up there?” I heard the voice of my mom ask and my eyes widen, what if she came up here? She would kill me if she finds a boy in my room and not to mention me with a freaking towel. 

“Yeah everything great.” I yelled back while grabbing onto the towel making sure anther incident doesn’t happen. 

“So Mr. Steroids what the heck are you doing in Aqua’s room?” Emma asked while throwing herself onto my bed landing on top of Luke. I heard him groan and I went into the bathroom to change quickly. 

“Aqua,” I heard someone call me and I looked around in the hallway. I turned and ran straight into my mom.

“Sweetie I was calling your name.” she said and I nodded and pointed to the clothes in my hands and she nodded but right when she was going to leave you hear a crash come from my room. I cursed my luck once more and ran after my mom who was heading towards my room.

“Mom,” I said laughing nervously “What are you doing?” I  asked getting in front of her to not open the door to my room. 

“Aqua there could be one of these gang members in your room trying to rape you,” she said trying to get threw me but I stood in front of my doorway when we both heard yelling. With one look she pushed me away and opened the door, gasping she looked to me and I held my head down looking at the floor.

“You again.” she yelled pointing to Luke who was currently being held in a death lock by Emma and looked shocked, smiling nervously.

“Hey Miss. Lagroue,” Emma said looking like she was caught, if this was any other situation I would have began laughing but seeing as this was a rule that wasn’t meant to be broken I felt ashamed. 

“Nice weather were having.” Emma said letting go of Luke and jumping up dusting herself off going to hug my mother.

“Aqua change you two come with me.” my mom said her voice wasn’t even angry or nothing it just didn’t have emotion to it.With a sigh I proceeded to the bathroom.

“Aqua I have never been more disappointed in you like this,” my mom whispered having all 4 of us in the living room. Luke was sitting next to Emma and I was sitting next to Emma while my mom was standing in front of us all mad at us.

“Mo-” I started but she cut me off by raising a hand. I sighed in defeat and nodded for her to continue.

“I was worried that you might be attracted to bad boys but I never thought it was this serious.” she said and I bit my tongue to keep me from laughing. 

“Miss, Lagroue , I think there‘s a misunderstanding here.” Emma said standing up moving her hands. And shaking her head.

“Its Mrs. Lagroue and I don’t really think there is, It is clearly explained.” My mom said growling the first part. When it comes to my mom’s last name and whether or not they say it correctly she will go apeshit on you, she treasures our last name because it reminds her of dad which I think is personally crazy. 

“Mom please let me explain.” I said standing up frustrated, my mother was nice and all but when it comes to understanding she isn’t all she does is see it her way and you can’t change it because just like me she is a hard head.

“Aqua shut it!” she yelled grabbing her temples and closing her eyes. I rolled my eyes and glared at Luke. 

“Mrs. Lagroue I came becau-” Luke started off but was cut off with Emma’s lips over his mouth. My eyes widen in surprised wow that was really unexpected.

“Because Lukey here is my boyfriend and I was really happy to tell Aqua,” Emma said pushing Luke away from her and looking at my mom.

“Lukey here and me have been secretly dating and we needed a decode for my parents and the decode was Aqua but we didn’t mean to do it on purpose.” she said apologizing and I stood there frozen, Luke was too and he looked like he was in some sort of trance.

“Lukey?” Luke repeated sounding annoyed

“Yes Lukey bear.” Emma said pinching his cheek and in a baby voice.

“Im not dat-” he started again but Emma shoved her elbow in his ribs and smiled nicely at my mom. 

“He’s just joking,” she said shaking her hair softly and turning towards Luke.

“Right bubu wubby.” in a baby voice I chuckled a little but bit my tongue when he shot me a glare.

“Im not buying it” My mom stated causing Emma to fake gasp. Luke nodded violently, and my mom gave me a look. 

“Why don’t you guys head home.” My mom said shoving Emma and Luke towards the way of the door. I have a feeling she is going to give me a ‘talk’. I fell back into the couch staring at a picture of my mom and dad. My mom was laughing while he kissed her on the cheek. They looked really happy but then again that was before. I heard the door close and footsteps coming down my way. I closed my eyes
