Anakin's NEW Padawan (Book 1)

Procedures

Mandalore was a beautiful planet, but Anakin didn't even care. He just wanted help for Padmé. Obi-wan got off the ship first and was greeted by the Duchess herself.
"General Kenobi. How nice to see you again." Satine spoke.
"Good to see you again too, Duchess." Obi-wan said and then remember why they were there. Anakin came running towards Obi-wan.
"Shes fading fast, Obi-wan. We have to get her to the hospital now." Anakin said. Now the duchess was no Jedi but she could since General Skywalker was more then eager to get Senator Amidala to the hospital.
"Anakin. Calm down. She will be fine." Obi-wan said, trying to calm Anakin down.
"No, now is not the time to calm down. A Senator is in that ship dying while your out here chit chatting with a women you haven't seen in years! Is your catching up so important that you would risk Padmé's life?" Anakin was on the brink of yelling.
Was it normal for a Jedi to call a Senator by her first name? Satine wondered.
"You right, Anakin. We need to get Senator Amidala help now." Obi-wan said in an effort to make Anakin calm down.
Anakin really didn't care what Obi-wan had to say. He just wanted to save his wife, so he got her to the hospital right away. Then he began to talk to the doctor.
"It is a dangerous procedure. She is slightly bleeding on the inside and if we were to cause that to bleed more, she may bleed to death." The doctor said, trying to tell Anakin all the detail as he paced the room. Anakin didn't respond.
"The procedure is the only thing that will save Senator Amidala." Satine stated.
"I know." Anakin simple answered, almost glaring at the Duchess.
"Anakin can I talk to you for a second?" Obi-wan asked his impatience friend.
"Yeah, fine." Anakin answered. Then him and Obi-wan slipped out of the room for a moment.
"Anakin, we are here for Padmé. This procedure is the only thing that can save her. Its either have the procedure and she might died or don't have it and she will die." Obi-wan statex.
"I know... Just the thought of losing her..." Anakin said looking down at the ground. Obi-wan placed his hand on Anakin's shoulder.
"Everything is gonna turn out ok." Obi-wan said, comforting his closest friend.  Anakin looked up at Obi-wan then went back into the other room.
"Do the procedure." Anakin almost ordered the doctor.
"Very well then, General Skywalker. If I didn't know Jedi couldn't have attachments, I would say your acting like a husband trying to save his wife." The doctor joked, but Anakin didn't think it was funny. Anakin only glared at the doctor, for he knew the peace laws of Mandalore and he didn't want to ruin that. Then the doctor left and Anakin began to calm down.

After what seemed liked hours a nurse came out and informed them that the surgery was almost through. Then Anakin started to pace the room. All of a sudden he stopped. Worry was all over his face. Then before the nurse even came through the door he was looking at her. Then the nurse entered the room. Before she even said a word Anakin rushed passed her to Padmé's room.
"Wait! sir you cant just..." She tried to stop Anakin but Obi-wan knew that wasn't possible.
"The procedure went well... Until she started to internally bleed. She lost too much blood. The doctor is trying to do his best, but its very rare to see a wound like this." The nurse informed them.  Then the nurse let them go back to the room to get Anakin. When they got there, Anakin was sitting on the floor leaned against the wall with his head in his hands.
"Anakin... I'm..." Before he could finish the doctor came out of the room.
"You all can go in and see her. She doesn't have much time left." The doctor said sadly. Anakin was the first up and through the door. A tear then stained the side of his cheek. She had IVs, oxygen, and who knows what else attached to her, but she was still beautiful.
"Padmé..." Anakin said walking slowly towards her. Now only Anakin, Obi-wan and Satine were the only people in the room. Anakin sat down beside Padmé and just watched as she struggled to breathe. Anakin didn't care what people thought of him, his whole life was dying. If Padmé died, Anakin would internally die. He wouldn't be himself anymore. Padmé was his everything.
"Anakin... Im sorry..." Obi-wan said overcome by Anakin's pain.
"Its not your fault. Its mine. I shouldn't have left her alone." Anakin said thinking of his fight with Dakota.
"Anakin it isn't your fault. You were saving Coruscant." Obi-wan said, telling only the truth.
"I know... Its just... I don't want to lose her." Anakin said, taking Padmé's hand in his.
"I know, Anakin." Obi-wan said watching his little brother begin to fall apart. The heart monitor beeped slower and slower till it faded out.
"Padmé... I love you..." Anakin said through tears.

What?! Satine thought in her mind.
He went directly against the Jedi code! This will not be aloud on my planet! Satine thought frustrated.
Then the peaceful planet, was filled with noise.
