Chapter 4

            Ike and Zelda woke up at seven to get ready to head to the next town, Gashwall, a town that is too well known for “romantic and flirt”. Ike wasn’t too happy for going there. “Zelda, do we have to go to Gashwall? That city is meant for the place of love”, Ike asked. “Yes Ike. We have to. I have a favor for you. How about, try to suck it up and just get over it. You know the 4 haven’t left yet to Gashwall. We have. Come on. Gashwall isn’t that bad”, Zelda convinced him. “Okay, I’ll do it because of you”, Ike replied sweetly.

            As they got to Gashwall, they parked in a parking lot for the day. “So, since we’re in the city of romantic and flirty, what do you want to do”, Zelda asked. “I think we should chill. Then later on, do something amazing. Let me call the gang to see where they’re at”, Ike said. As he got his phone and called Snake. “Hey. Where are you guys at?”, Snake asked. “In Gashwall. Why?”, Ike wondered. “We haven’t even left. We should leave before it closes down”, Snake said. “NO duh”, Ike sarcastically replied.

            As Captain Falcon, Rosalina, Snake, and Samus left Byoak, Link, Zelda’s mom, Peach and Marth got to Byoak, but realized they’re trapped there until it opens back up which won’t be until a long time, but Marth secretly left the others before Link, Zelda’s mom and Peach got locked. “What the hell! We’re locked inside Byoak! Where’s Marth?”, Peach asked. “He went out without us didn’t even noticing”, Link answered. “Dammit! Why”, Zelda’s mom hollered. “I don’t know why. We’ll have to stay here until it gets opened again”, Link replied.

            While Ike and Zelda were chilling in their RV, Zelda gets a text from Marth saying, “Hey. Link, Peach, and your mom are after you guys, but luckily, they got stuck in Byoak for a while. I’ll keep you updated”. “IKE! Listen to this, Marth sent me a text saying that my mom, Link and Peach are after us, but they’re stuck in Byoak for a while”, Zelda told him. “Wow. Thank god they’re stuck there. What about the others?”, Ike asked seeming concerned. “No worries. They’re out of Byoak and same with Marth apparently. He told me he snuck out of their car”, Zelda replied. “That’s amazing! We’re safe! …For now”, Ike excitedly approached and hugged Zelda for a long time. They haven’t realized it until Zelda mentioned, “Ike… You hugged someone! That person is me. What just happened”? “I seriously don’t know. I guess I was ust too happy, I needed to hug someone”, Ike answered. “I think we should be heading to Falcade now, shall we?”, Zelda asked. “Yeah… Of course”, Ike answered. As Ike got up and got to the drivers seat, Zelda sat next to him, but then gets another text from Marth saying, “You guys need to go to Falcade asap. Link, Peach, and your mom found another way to find you guys”. “Ike… Hit the gas pedal. Now. Link, Peach and my mom are going to Falcade”, Zelda frightenly said. “You got it”, Ike replied.

            Ike and the gang were on their way to Falcade, a town where it’s very quiet but where most of the fights happen. It’s very green and has very nice scenery. While Ike was driving, he saw Marth, and yelled, “Marth! Ride with us”. Marth hopped along and rode with Ike and Zelda. “Just keep going”, Marth said. “How far are they?”, Zelda asked. “They’re riding by plane. It won’t be that long”, Marth answered. Zelda started to panic and start crying. “Marth, you drive, I’ll talk to Zelda”, Ike told him. Marth went to the drivers seat and continued driving. Meanwhile, Ike was comforting Zelda. “Zelda, whatever happens, we’ll be together. I’ll be there for you and I know you’ll be there for me also. We can pull this through together. We just got to stay strong. I won’t let Link beat me. You should already know how strong I am. Zelda, I don’t want you to go back to Link the cheater. I love you. And I truly do mean that, okay?”, Ike explained. Zelda nodded her head and wiped away the tears. Ike smiled and hugged her. Suddenly, Marth said, “Guys, we’re here”. Zelda got up to see if the others were here. “Captain Falcon and the gang are here, and so is my mom, Peach and Link. I’m really afraid right now”, Zelda answered as her voice was breaking. Ike went up to her and looked into her eyes and said, “We’ll be strong. No matter what happens. Even in this situation, we’ll continue to be strong. I’ll do this just for you”, Ike explained. Zelda smiled and whispered, “Thank you Ike. You’re seriously the best. I love you”. Zelda hugged him for a bit, then Marth said, “C’mon lovebirds. They’re waiting for you”.
