"What should we do?" Kait asked.
"Continue with the plan, just add me into the mix." I said." Claire you distract Aro and I will take care of Valor."
"Ok, how about we start." Page said, and her, Kait, and Lynn went out the doors we'd just came in.
"You ready for this?" Claire asked me.
"No, I'm practically about to be a ho to keep Valor's eyes on me." I said, and she giggled.
"I don't think you could be a ho,but if you say so." She said, and wondered in to the crowd.
I went over to the refreshments and food tables. I was about to pour myself a drink when a familiar hand took the jug away.
"A lady such as you shouldn't be pouring herself a drink, should she?" Valor said.
I did my accent when I said," Well we ladies can handle ourselves."
"Of course, but where is the gentleman who brought you, surely he offered to get you a drink." Valor said.
"How do you know that I didn't come alone?" I asked flirtatiously.
"Well you're such a lovely lady that all the boys would be asking you," he leaned in," also because I saw you come in with some people."
"I'm guessing you also saw them leave." I said, my fluttering eyelashes being flirtatious.
"Yes,where'd they go?" He asked.
"They had a family emergency to attend to." I said.
"Aren't you related to them?" He asked
"Yes, as is my sister who is out in that dancing crowd, but they didn't want us to worry and have fun." I said, putting my most believable smile.
"Well then shall we dance?" He asked extending his hand.
"Of course." I said, taking his hand.
"I hope you like to dance because I don't plan on letting another man disturb you." He said, and I chuckled.
"The attention of men comes by so many times, it gets irritating." I said. " Do you know anyone like that?"
"No." He said, smiling, but I was the only one who could see through it.
