March 25th:
I quickly run up the stairs and make it onto the plane without looking back. I go to the nearest seat, and sit down. I don't even want to look out the window.
But I'm still wearing a smile. I told Ayla that I love her. And she told me back. Damn, that made my heart feel great. I close my eyes and lay my head back.
"You know that your mum is crazy about her, right?" My dad asks me.
Without opening my eyes, I smile and utter, "Yeah. I do."
"She is perfect for you, boy. You better cherish that prize."
I chuckle slightly.
"Dad, I would beg at her feet."
My dad raised his eyebrows at me, in a surprising manner.
"American women," he added, "They'll make you go crazy," and then walked to the back of the plane, to do some paperwork.
I put my headphones on and recline my seat back. I just want I get lost in some music for a while. I'm going to try and just focus on what's directly ahead of me.
Alright three hours from Pittsburgh. Tomorrow will be a busy day.

March 28th:
Only two more days of filming here. It's been great. So far, so good. I walk into my hotel room, instantly taking my clothes off, and look at my watch.
It's 8:00PM. Ayla is working a double today, but told me that she would call at 8:30 at her break. Just enough time for me to shower first.
Just as I finish drying myself, I hear my phone ring.
"Hello, gorgeous."
"Well hello handsome," she responded, "How was your day?"
"Good. Busy. Tomorrow and Friday are going to be long. But Saturday morning I'll be able to fly to Sydney."
"Well that's great! Being busy is a good thing."
"What about you? How was your day, love?"
"It's been okay so far. But I am feeling a little stressed. The chairman postponed the birth center meeting to next Friday. Apparently someone was unable to make it this week, so he rescheduled," she informed me, sounding a little distraught.
"Well, that doesn't sound so bad. Why are you stressed?"
"Because I just want to get it over with. You helped take my mind off the stress of this situation, but now... Super stressed."
I couldn't help but slightly laugh.
"Ayla, you'll be fine. Just keep your passion in your words. They'll love you."
"I hope so. But the wait is still going to be killer."
"You'll be fine. I'm sure of it."
We stayed on the phone together for about half an hour. She told me there wouldn't be a chance to talk to me again until probably tomorrow afternoon. I wasn't complaining.
How much longer until I can see her again?

April 2nd:
Sydney. I missed you. I'm glad to be here. Obviously I wish I wasn't alone. I want Ayla to be with me. I want to bring her here, so that she can see how beautiful this place is.
