I made it to the bus stop right at 7.35. Actually the distance between my house to school is not that far. It only took 15 minutes for me to walk from home to school but I don't want to waste my energy before school. So I'd like to take the bus to school, it save 10 minutes of my time. But I would walk home after school.Less than a minute, the bus has arrived. I stepped on and showed the bus driver my ticket. How I missed my daily routines here.
"You're back! Where have you been? Did you get a new car or what?" The driver, George, asked me. I laughed at the curiosity of him. I don't know him too well but I've been using this transportation for 2 years and most of the time he always take the morning shift. He's in his fifties which always reminds me of my uncle. They kinda look alike.
"No, even if I had a new car I'm not going to drive it to school. I just got something to do out the state for awhile." I answered.
"Well, welcome back! I'm so happy that my costumer is back." He said. I'm glad that he isn't asking about it further more.
With that, I give him a smile and then walked and sitting by the window. I prefer to ride public bus rather than school bus. School bus always brings bad memories to me. The drive to school seems to be a lot faster because I really don't want to go back to school.
5 minutes later, I'm finally arrived at school. As I stepped out of the bus, I feel sick. I feel like I want to throw up. I feel nervous but excited too to see my best friend. So I'm focusing on seeing my best friends, it's been 6 months since the last time I saw them. And I haven't told them that I'm back so it will be a good surprise for them. As I walked to the school gate, I see that it's pretty crowded so I looked down, good thing that they don't even see me. I still have 20 minutes to go to the principal office so I walked faster. By the time I got in into the principal office, I knocked out the door and came inside.
"Shannon" Mrs. Marshall getting up from her seat. "Come sit down" she said with a smile, and sit back to her chair. I sit down as she did.
"Well, I must say, welcome back." She said to me with a sweet smile. She's so nice to me which is why I never hate her.
"Thank you, its good to be back here." Nah i was lying to ya, it was awful to be back.
"Good to know that. So Shannon, I must inform you that you're still in the same class and still have the same subject, nothing has changed. And I already received your grades from the school while you were in London and its all in an excellent score which is a good thing for you." She said, I nodded because I don't know what to say. "But, to make sure that you're following the course in here, I suggest you to go to the after school class."
What? After school class is for the people who aren't doing as good in several subjects. Not to be an arrogant but I'm doing good on following the class. And even if I'm not, I can study again in my house.
"What? I'm sorry but why?" I asked her. Actually its not a big deal for me to go to the after class. But its the people in there, are not my kind of friends. Especially the two of them.
"Well as I said, to make sure you can follow the lessons in here, to make sure that you follow all the things that you might be missed because there are a few differences between the syllabus in here, and in England. I'm sorry, I know that you can do this by yourself but I'm just trying to help you. Its just in case, its only for a month and its every Tuesday and Thursday. But, if you're doing it faster then you good to go."
I can't say anything but she's right. She just trying to help me. Its only 8 times, I can do it.
"I hope you don't mind." She added.
"Umm.. I think that's a good thing though. I'll take that, thank you." I answered, but not really sure that I'm really okay with that.
"Good, just come to me when you need anything. Now you have 8 minutes left to go to your locker and then to your class. I hope you have a nice first day." She said with a smile. Whoa we've been talking for like 12 minutes? It feels like hours.
"Thank you Mrs. Marshall." With that, I stepped out of her office, walking quickly to my locker. I don't want to be late on my first day. My first class is Biology. I'm so excited because I always love Biology. I put all of the books that I don't need to my locker and leave the Biology book in my bag. As I stepped into the class, there's only one guy that was already here but I can't tell who he is. So i just walked and sitting in front of the boy. The bell rang and as the class started to filled up, I looked straight to my table, not wanting to see the people. Mr. Friedman came in and starts the subject while I'm trying my best not to fall asleep.

An hour later, the bell went off, and everyone started swinging their bags over their shoulders, already walking to the door.
"Don't forget the homework!" Mr. Friedman reminded us, and most of the class was already out the door.
Just as I was reaching for the door handle, "And Ms. Millwright", I turned back around to see him, "Welcome back! Its really good to see you again." He added.
"Oh, um, yes thank you sir. Its good to see you again too." I said to him with a smile. He nodded, "bye sir!" I added. With that, I opening the door and walking quickly to my locker.
As I changed my books, I feel someone tapping at my shoulder, hard. My stomach tighten, signaling that I was scared. I'm not ready to turned around, whoever it is, I hope that its not him or his friends.
