I woke up, my eyelids refusing to open. I recalled the shit that had happened yesterday, then grunted. Looking through the messages just hurt me more.

I just couldn't. It hurt me too much. Regretting to play the depressing playlist once more was remembered, and I realised how he'd been so rude, how he'd not bothered, but I had.

"Don't run after those who don't run back."

I know that quote seemed true. But I know I'll always be running back.

It was half seven nearly as I heaved myself out of the warmth, instantly pulling on a shirt with a tie and the usual uniform. I tied my hair into a high ponytail, then adjusted my glasses, quickly reaching the cupboard that held my second true love, food. I stuffed that into my mouth as if my life depended on it, then left, yelling a quick goodbye to my mom.
The streets were bleak, and the drooping clouds cried which echoed, breaking the silence around. Menacing howls of the biting wind were heard, which just made me clasp myself even tighter, finally reaching the schools' entrance, warmth then regenerating into my body. A fake smile appeared on my face as I caught the sudden gaze of my puipls, sighing in pain to myself.

"So class, the radius is the diameter times by pi. Then we go onto algebraic diameter which is radius..." The teachers words trailed off, my daydream soon taking over me. The utopia world soon vanished into the world I knew. "Violet, wake up! Detention for not listening. Now what is the algebraic radius?" My eyes studied the board. "YE x r2 = Diameter, (Ds x As = PI.)" He nodded approvingly, then I watched my previous boyfriend cutely fiddle with his fingers. Complicated life mine was. I loved someone online, (well I did.) but I didn't love this boyfriend, just found him cute. I smiled.

I reached home, dropping my heavy bag onto the wooden floor, creating a malevolent sound. "Hey hunny," said my mom, hugging me tightly. "How was school?" I nodded and mumbled a reply going on the lined of it was good. Running up the stairs, I stared out at the sunset slowly dropping, my fingers interlocked with one another.

AN// hey, the confusion of the names - James and Liam are the same person, just I changed it to Liam for personal reasons. love ya x
