Since that win, Ellie and Jay's song has been winning many music shows. Their song is #3 on the billboard charts as of right now. Album sales started about a week ago and were really high already. Ellie had made some new friends in the music industry since their wins. Key has become one of Ellie's good friends very quickly. Jay makes remarks about how "sickening" it is, that they "hang out too much". Actually, Jay says this about any guy friend Ellie has made that isn't at AOMG. Ellie is getting a bit annoyed at his antics lately. Ellie decided to confide in Hoody because that's her best friend. 

"For the millionth time... HE LIKES YOU! Why else would he hate when you hang out with other guys? He claims it's about you being used as a song making machine. But if you hang out with Ailee, Amber, Jessi, Cheetah, CL, etc.. He has no problem. Just ask him already," Hoody scolded. "B-but what if he doesn't? What if I cause some weird awkward tension?" Ellie asked. "Either way it needs to be said," Hoody said with an eye roll. "Okay fine..." Ellie said then getting up from her seat. "You're going to ask now?" Hoody asked, surprised. "Yeah, why not?" Ellie asked. "I'm just surprised you're being straight forward. Good luck!" Hoody said, then getting up from her seat. "Wait where are you going?!" Ellie exclaimed. "I'm gonna call my boyfriend, duh," Hoody said, cutely. She was holding her phone, which had her boyfriend as a wallpaper. "Okay I'll tell ya later..." Ellie said. Ellie headed to Jay's office. He didn't answer so she kind of just barged in. She saw a girl sitting on his desk, facing him in the chair, making out! They paused for a moment and Jay looked at Ellie as if nothing happened. "Did ya need something?" he asked kindly. "N-no, never mind..." Ellie said then leaving and shutting the door. 

Ellie walked out of there quickly, but not running. She didn't want to start crying or yelling obscenities. She called Hoody to see if she was still free. "Hello?" She answered. "Hey um... Can we have a girl talk?" Ellie asked oddly, trying to add her sadness. "Sure, my jagi is busy anyway. I'll meet ya in your apartment," Hoody said, knowing something was up. The two met by Ellie's door and went into her apartment. As soon as Hoody shut the door behind her, Ellie lost it. 

"So I went in there... and Jay didn't answer. The door happened to be open. And um... I kind of walked in on him making out with a girl..." Ellie explained exasperatedly. "Oh boy... Do you know who she is? What does she look like?" Hoody asked, sounding protective. "B-brown hair, long... It was kind of curly. Dressed like a dancer, um... neon green work out shirt and sweatpants, and a black cap..." Ellie said, her voice trembling. "Oh I know who that is. They kind of used to have a thing... but like, not a real relationship. Friends with benefits, and a history. She's from Chicago too," Hoody explained. "Great... I fell for a player. And the girl who has his eye is someone he has history with... God I'm so stupid," Ellie said, with tears escaping his eyes. "I really thought they were through for good this time. Like he changed. Said he wanted a real relationship and not to screw around anymore. He used to call her a ho... WTF Jay!" Hoody exclaimed. "I-I don't know Hoody... Whatever he wants I guess... I was stupid to think he liked me..." Ellie said. "He was flirting with you a lot. What a dick move... I'm sorry," Hoody said, giving Ellie a hug. "The shirt is black so you can cry on me. Been having dry skin issues anyway," Hoody joked. Ellie laughed bitterly, then began sobbing. Hoody held her friend and rubbed her back whispering comforting things into her ear. "His dick is tiny" and "His nipples aren't the same size" and "His ears are weird anyway" was said, and many more goofy insults. 

After the sobbing stopped, Ellie cleaned her makeup off. She gave Hoody a shirt to borrow so she could change. The two of them decided to watch Friends and eat ice cream. They fell asleep on the couch. "Jay may be an idiot but at least Hoody is here for me..." Ellie thought before drifting to sleep. 

Welp tomorrow is gonna be awkward... That's for sure!
