Summer's Song Chapt.5

*Ashlee's POV*

I walked downstairs. It was so quiet in the livingroom. You can tell something was wrong... Ashley and Travis, the two most talkative people I know, are even quiet. I can't believe all this is happening to us. Those two were idiots for doing that to Britt. I'm not sure of who's taking it the worst; Hunter, Chris, Kayla, and I or Danny and Harry. Kayla hasn't stopped crying since we left the hospital, hell that's what most of us have been doing...

*End of POV*

"I can't take this anymore" Hunter said storming up the stairs. "Hunter is about to go crazy" Avril sighed. "Yeah I know" Garrett sighed. "I wish she'd wake up. For his sake and ours" Dominique looked down. "He seems okay as long as he's with her" Ashlee looked upstairs. "I wish this hadn't have happened..." Harry sighed. "Look Harry, yes it was a wrong move, but no one knew she'd hit her head..." Nora looked at him.

"Maybe someone needs to take him to see her" Travis said. "Yeah it'll do him some good" Vanessa half-smiled. "Especially since he doesn't know how she did overnight..." Joe sighed. "Who's gonna go?" Alex asked. "I think Chris should go with him" Richie looked at him. "He'd love for you to, I know" Ashley smiled. "I'll go get him" Tom said. "No let me go get him" Ashlee spoke up. "Alright, I'll wait here for him" Christoph said.

*in Hunter's room*

"Hunter" Ashlee knocked. "Please leave me alone" he said. "Chris is gonna take you to see her" she said. He opened the door and then sat on his bed. "Everyone knew it would help you a little to see her" Ashlee looked at him. "Yeah I think it will" Hunter smiled at her. "Chris is waiting for you" she said getting up. "Wait Ash" he said. "What?" she asked. He kissed her. "What was that for?" she asked trying not to blush. "For being here for me so much" he smiled. She smiled.

*at the hospital*

"Thanks for taking me man" Hunter hugged him. "It's nothing dude" Chris smiled. "Let's go see her" Hunter said. "Hey sir" the doc said. "How is she?" he asked. "No changes yet" the doc sighed. "It's okay Hunt" Chris said. "It would do her some good if you talk to her" the doc smiled. Chris smiled. "I heard someone went last night and did" the doc laughed. Hunter looked at Chris. "Go on and see her" he said.

"Hey Britt" Hunter said. "Me and Chris are here" he stroked my hair. "I wish she could answer us..." Chris sighed. "Yeah I know. Can I ask you a question?" he looked at Christoph. "Yeah sure Hunt" he said. "Do you like my sister? If so, I'm really okay with it" Hunter laughed. "Yeah, I really like her..." Christoph said. "That's why you came back last night?" he looked at him. Chris nodded.

*back at home*

"How is she?" Carlos asked. "No changes" Christoph sighed. "Oh gosh" Kayla wiped her eyes. "She'll be okay, right?" Dougie asked. "She should be fine. They don't know" Hunter said. "How about we go out for a while?" Lucy asked. "Yeah we need to stop moping around" Kennedy said. "We can just go out for dinner" Angel looked around. "Sounds okay to me, right y'all?" Jeremy said. Everyone agreed. "Can we go see her after we eat?" Maribelle asked. "Yeah" Hunter smiled.

"I think seeing Britt helped a lot" V laughed. "It really did" Hunter smiled. "Did she look bad?" Tria frowned. "She has a bandage around her head and looks like she's asleep but has a few machines attached to her" Christoph explained. "I don't know if I wanna see her" Danny sighed. "How come? Leisa asked. "Because we put her in there" Harry looked at everyone. "No, go, it would do her good and y'all good to see her" Hunter said. "The doc said that talking helps a lot" Christoph smiled.

*2 hours later*

"Well who wants to see her first?" Hunter asked. "Can we?" Danny and Harry asked. "Sure" he hugged them. "We'll be out here" Dominique said. "I hate how guilty they feel..." Tom sighed. "I know" Richie nodded. "They'll be okay after they see her..." Hunter said.
