I spent the next few classes listening to teachers and chatting with Damian.

"Hey do you want to sit with me at lunch?" He asked.

"Well my friend Jaz just came to this school too and she wanted to sit with me. "
"She is welcome to sit with us."

"Where do you eat anyway?"
"Well there is a cafeteria at the other end of the school; but i prefer to eat outside by the oak tree, less people that way."
"Hey i'm all for the less people idea."

The bell rang and i drug Damian with me to go find Jazmine. She was waiting by the cafeteria. I explained to her that we were going to go eat outside with Damian and she gladly accepted. Damian led us to the most beautiful oak tree on a hill a little ways from the school.

"So you eat here everyday?" I asked.

"Not if it's raining or snowing."

"Then where do you eat?" Jaz asked.

" In the greenhouse." He said this like it was an everyday thing.

Jazmine sent me a smirk. "Race you to the top." She declared and all I have to say is thank god for spandex. I smirked back at her and we took a running leap at the tree. Damian stayed back and eyed us skeptically. I loved the feeling of the wind the higher up in the tree I climbed.

"Hey wait up." Damian called when we were halfway up the tree. He followed our example and caught up in no time. we reached the 'V' shaped branched before the top and took a seat pulling our lunches out of our bags.

"Grayson always said this was fun, I guess he is right."

I smiled and took a bite of my sandwich. My phone buzzed in my bag and i pulled it out to take a look.

Daddy: We are going to Bruces for dinner. You're going to meet the whole family. LOOK NICE.

Me: Okay. One class left in the school day i'll tell Jaz where i'm going to just in case.

Daddy: Ok. See you at the house.

I put my phone back in my bag and told Jaz that i couldn't 'Come Over' today. She nodded.

"We better get going. We don't want to miss the last class of the day." Damian said as he started to climb down the tree. Jazmine and I laughed and counted backwards from three.

"ONE!" We yelled as we flipped backwards off the tree branch in unison. A double somersault in mid- air and we stuck our landing in the grass 3 feet from the tree. Damian stared at us wide eyed.

"You could give Grayson a run for his money. How did you-" Damian was cut off by the bell. Jaz and I started walking towards the school and I heard a soft thud behind me. He would have had to of jumped from the tree and used some sort of tactic to soften the fall. This only confirmed my suspicions further.
