Chapter 11

Brynn's POV

OH MY GOD!!!!! I just met Laken Oliver!!! And I got her number!!! I was walking down the hallway doing my happy dance when I bumped into someone. What is with me and running into people? "I'm sorry!" a very familiar voice said. I looked up and saw the one and only JACK JOHNSON!!! Okay Brynn. Play it cool. "Hey, you're Jack Johnson right?" Wow. That's the best I could do? "You're a fan right?" he said with a slight chuckle. He saw right through me. Well, I guess I can low key fangirl now. "Yeah. Sorry for acting like I didn't know who you were. I just didn't want to scare you." "That's really sweet." Did THE JACK JOHNSON just call me sweet? "Like I said I was just trying to be friendly." "Did you enjoy the show?" "Yeah! Y'all did really good out there!" He just laughed. Like really hard. "What?" I asked starting to laugh with him. "You're accent. It's so cute!" he said while blushing. "What accent?" "You-You sound like a cowgirl!" "I do not!" "Whatever you say." He is so sweet. 

Shawn's POV

I was talking to Taylor about winning Laken over. I know I just met her but I already know I don't want her to be anyone else's but mine. "Okay, so you know the plan right?" I just nodded my head. I was so nervous. I could tell Matthew had a thing for her too. I had to get to her before he did. My plan was to ask her to go to lunch with me. Then I will drive her in my car while she's blindfolded. I will drive her to this really pretty meadow where we will eat a picnic and if all goes well, I will ask her to be my girlfriend. I just hope Matt has nothing up his sleeves.

Matt's POV

I was talking to Carter about my plan to make Laken mine. "Man, how did you even come up with this?" Carter asked me. "I don't know man! It just kinda came to me," I said shrugging my shoulders. My plan was to ask Laken to lunch and then surprise her by taking her to a carnival! Then when we are at the top of the Ferris wheel, I will ask her to be my girlfriend. It was full proof! I had to do it before Shawn does. I know he likes her too. Before I got the chance to finish my thought, Laken walked into the room and told me Bart wanted us. "Are you coming too?" I asked Laken. "Yeah! For some reason, he wants Marlie, Olivia, and me to be there. It's so weird." She said cocking her head to the side. It was quite adorable if I do say so myself. And I do. I followed Laken to the room that I'm guessing Bart is in. "Okay, you're all here. First of all, you guys will be here in Chicago for three more days. So you have a few days off. Second of all, I wanted to invite Laken, Marlie, and Olivia to join us on tour-" before Bart could finish the girls interrupted him with their happy screeches. "Are you serious?" They all said at the same time. Bart just chuckled and nodded his head. The girls began doing that jumpy screamy thing girls do when they're excited about something. "Alright, girls you need to be packed by the time we are ready to go in a few days. Okay, that's all I have for you all today. See you all at dinner." And with that Bart walked out of the room. I could tell tour was going to be much more fun with Laken around.
