Chapter 28

" Hey guys " said Angela's and Kenneth's siblings, Brandon,and Jada.

" Hey " they all said.

" There is some food in the kitchen " said Kenneth.

" So, can I hold him?"asked Jazlynn.

"Yeah, but go wash your hands first " said Angela while changing  Jaylen's diaper.

" So, how was school?"asked Kenneth.

" It was good and my group got an A on our project " said Alexis.

" I almost got into a fight but I walked away" replied Jamal.

" I have to much homework because some people  decided to talk and not listen to the teacher " said Jazlynn who is holding Jaylen.

" I don't have any homework and I had a great day" said Michael, Patrick, and Gregory.

"That's good " said Kenneth.

" Hey Jada,  can you help me with some of my homework when your done eating?"asked Angela.

" Sure, and I can help you right now" said Jada while grabbing another slice of pizza. Then walking upstairs.

" So, what homework  do you want to start with first?"asked Jada while taking a bite out of the pizza.

" Let's start with AP Physics " said Angela.

" Okay,and all you have to do is these definitions and look in the book for the sentences of each word " said Jada.

" Okay, and has anyone asked about me?"asked Angela while doing her homework.

" Yeah, and some of the teachers"answered Jada.

" Oh " said Angela.

" So, how is it having a son?"asked Brandon.

" It's good and I can't wait until he gets older so I can teach him to play sports and stuff " said Kenneth  while putting Jaylen I'm his baby swing.

" Yeah, and I got accepted into the university of Kansas " said Kenneth.

" That's great and are you going to go to that school?"asked Kenneth.

"I don't know and I want to see my other options first and what are your plans after high school?"asked Brandon.

" Well, I'm going to  continue to work, go to community college, and move into a house with Angela " replied Kenneth.

" Oh, and I wished that you were coming with me and we promised each other to be roommates " said Brandon.

" Yeah, but things change and I wish I was going to college with you too " said Kenneth while sounding upset.

" Well, let's get  started on this homework " said Brandon.

" So, when are you going back to school?"asked Jada.

" In one month, but I go to work in 6 weeks " said Angela.

" Oh, and how are you going to juggle working, being at school, and taking care of Jaylen?"asked Jada.

" Look, why are you asking me these questions?"asked Angela.

" I'm just worried about you and being your friend, but I see that you don't want or need my help at all " said Jada while leaving the room and slamming the door behind her.

" Hey, and you just woke up my son " yelled Kenneth while getting up to get Jaylen.

"Go talk to your fucking girlfriend and Brandon I'm ready to go right now " said Jada while walking out the front door.

" Well, i guess I'll call you later " said Brandon.

" Alright " said Kenneth while calming Jaylen down and then walking upstairs to Angela's room.

" Angela, what happened between you and Jada?"asked Kenneth.

" She was asking me to many questions like how am I going to work and go to school while being a mom " said Angela.

" Well, she is just looking out for you and making sure you are okay. Also, she is your best friend and you should appreciate that she came to see you in that you still have a friend because most girls who get pregnant in High School their friends and talk to them or be around " said Kenneth.

" Whatever, and you fucking even understand  and get the fuck out if my face and room " yelled Angela while slamming the door behind Kenneth.

" What's wrong with my sister?"asked Jamal.

" I don't know, but we should leave her alone for a few hours " said Kenneth while holding Jaylen.

" Can I hold him?"asked Jamal.

" Yeah, and I can use a brea for a few minutes " said Kenneth while going in the kitchen to clean up.
