Half good, half evil, half drawn to do the right thing. Half wrong, half right, half the being they wanted me to be. This is how people discribed me. And they weren't wrong in a sense. A hybrid between a demon and angel, it made sense. Belonging in niether heaven, nor hell, I resided on Earth. My features are more likely what one would expect a angel-demon hybrid to be like, I have a light blue wing, being fluffy and feathery, and a red and back, more dragon like wing, with claws at each joining point. My eyes were split the same, one being an innocent crystal blue, and the other like a reptile may be like. My teeth however took more of a demonic shape, sharp fangs rather than teeth, along with my fingernails, being claws instead, sharp to a point.
I sat on the edge of the tall building, watching the sun hide behind the clouds. The sight was breathtaking, multiple shade of reds and blues, and just what I needed in my life due to my apearence. My wings ached from the lack of use as I stretched them out. It wasn't as if I could take tothe skies whenever I could, I had to be very cautious not to be spoted by anyone. But, the throbbing, aching pain in each wing caused me not to care. I sighed softly as the sun almost completley disapearred from the sky and pulled my wings to my chest. Then, I leaned forward and allowed myself to fall.
My name is John Egbert, and I am a monster. Shunned from the world, heaven, and hell. I am an abomination. I should have never ben created. I accept this. I know I have no place to belong. When I was brought into life, I discovered not everyone liked me. I wasn't normal. I wasn't an angel, and my mother figure attempted to hide me from the rest of heaven's judging eyes. However, eventually it didn't matter. I knew I didn't belong. And when my "mother" gave up trying, I was sent to hell. Very dramatic, yes, I know. I lived there and discovered this wasn't where I belonged either. My angelic qualities were now being shamed. Accepted in niether heaven nor hell, Earth was where I was sent.
I opened my wings last second before hitting the pavement bellow, smiling softly as the wind rushed over my body, almost stinging due to the cold weather. I realized that, on Earth, some months of the year were bitterly cold, others unbearably hot, and a few- only a few- just the right temprature. But, despite how the wind stung, it was the weather I prefered. Being at the mercy of the wind was a feeling I enjoyed. I felt- even if it was only momentary- that I might have a purpose. A reason to exist. It was something about the wind that I just loved. I sighed softly and landed on a cloud- alright, I didn't "land" on it, but I hoverd above it and ran my fingers over it as I flew.
As my wings began to ache again, this time from being overused, I began my decend. The sun was completley gone now, the moon now taking it's place in the sky. I landed on a treebranch, resting my back against the trunk of the tree as I stretched my legs out on the branch. I had no where to go, no where to be. No home to return to. This tree was were I looked up at the stars that resembled small lightning bugs in the sky and slowly drifted off into a light sleep. What I would spend my day doing tommorow was something I did not have the answer to. And something I didn't worry myself with finding out.

Hiyo~ >w<
I hope you all enjoyed the start of my newest fanfictoin! This is definatley new for me, and the style I chose to write it in is different than all my previous fanfictions! (kris whatcha mean, you only have 2)
Anyhow!
If anyone didn't read the description of the fanfiction, this will be done like so:
John's POV of this story can be found here, in "A Hybrid's Purpose" This work will probably be updated weekly, if school and time allows. I also would like (if anyone would like to) to have a bit of help with artwork and such. I have a lot of ideas that I just can't draw. ;u; (send me a message if you can draw for me xD I can only pay you with hugs, kind words, follows, and dedicated chapters)
Dave's POV can be found in "A Hunter's Purpose" This work may not be posted yet, (if that is the case, author-chan is typing with all their might to get it sorted out and published) and it may take a while to update it compared to the updates on "A Hybrid's purpose."
Thank you all for the support, don't forrget to vote and follow if you are new!
