Chapter 9: A Day In The Life Of The Fujioka Family

Finally the weekend. I awoke with the sun shining through the window, and my sleeping sister hugging my arm. Ahhh Haruhi, I wonder which one she's dreaming about. Her brown eyes shot open and she rolled out of bed. I stare at her wide eyed and jump up. "Are you alright?!" I asked crouching beside her.

"I'm fine!" she laughed. "Just had the funniest dream of my life!"

"What happened?" I yawned.

"They thought we live like street rats! And and fancy tuna's in sample sushi boxes ands oh my god my stomach hurts!"

"Oh wow" I laughed.  "I know they aren't the brightest young men but geez!"

"It was just a dream" she laughed wiping her eyes. "I doubt they look that down to us"

"Well come on, its time to go to the Supermarket" I smiled. We changed into some nice sundresses with white undershirts underneath. Mine was red and hers was pink. I was too lazy to do my hair so I just pinned it up in a bun. We then headed to the supermarket, on foot of course, Mom had the car with her. We finished the shopping early and each held to bags of groceries. I could actually get used to Haruhi being my little sister, she isn't that bad.

"Now all we have to do is clean, and the laundry when we get home" I smiled at her.

"yeap!" she cheered. We turned the corner and saw a huge crowd of people gathered infront of the Apartments.  'What are they doing here?" she puzzled.

"Hey isn't that Tamaki's car?" I remembered. We walked around the corner and watched as our nightmares came true. One by one they evacuated the limo and stood straight and tall. "Crap!" I cursed.

"Rich people!" the small kids chanted.

"Now men, we dont want to offend the Fujioka family, so the use of the words shabby, rundown. small, or cramped are prohibited! I dont want them to ask us to leave!" Tamaki ordered.

"Its too late for that! Get out of here!" Haruhi screamed.

"Hey those dresses are pretty cute!" the twins smiled.

"Shut up and get the hell out of here!" I glared.

'Haruhi's so mad she actually cursed at us!" Tamaki cried. "This is all your fault!" he said pointing at the twins.

"Hey it wasn't us!" they countered.

"Excuse me girls, but is everything alright?" our neighbor asked.

"Oh hi!" I smiled at her.

"Those young men are driving such fancy foriegn cars they're not crazy are they? Do you want me to call the police Hina?" she said worried.

"I'm sorry ma'am I'm Suou one of Haruhi's friends" Tamaki smiled at her.

"Oh my god well aren't you adorable!" she squealed.

"And he's got her" I sighed.

"Alright here's the deal! You get a quick peak, three seconds and then you all go home" Haruhi huffed. We stood at the door the apartment, the boys giddy with excitement.

"I brought you guys a present! Its cake! Both chocolate and strawberry" Hanni smiled.

'Fine, I guess we can make some tea" I sighed. Haruhi opened the door slowly and I waited for the insults.

"How shabby" Hikaru stated.

"SHUTUP!" Tamaki said attacking the clueless twin.

"Just take off your shoes, and please try not to break anything" I said slipping off my sandals. I watched as they all walked into the small living room.
