I walked into the Homestead freshman academy and it was huge even though it was a lot smaller than the rest of the school was. Matthew held my hand as we walked to my first class.
"I will see you after class," Matthew said and kissed me on the forehead. I smiled at him and walked into English. I was the only person who had that class out of the five of us at that time since Meadow and Paige are in honors. Briana has Biology and Hannah has World History first. All I know is all of us have photography class together. That is fourth period today. I can't wait until after school when show chior tryouts are. I hope that I make it. The bell rang for class to start and I know some people that are in this class from last year. The teacher's name was Mr. Beck and he started off by introducing himself, and talked about what content we were going to learn this year. He gave us all note card and said to put something that we have learned over the Summer and it can be anything he is the only person that will see it no one else will. I sat there and thought what did I learn this Summer. There are a couple things the one I can think of is that I learned how to do a back tuck on a trampoline. That was the only thing I could think of that was appropriate. We gave the papers to him and the bell rang.
