"ZAYN!" I panicked. There was a nearby floaty and I sprinted over to it. I tried to throw it decently towards him, but the wind picked up and the floaty angled into a different direction. I grunted in frustration. What was I supposed to do? I couldn't swim! But without thinking anymore, I dove in, risking even my own life. It already felt unsafe as the water surrounded me completely. I was dangerously independent. I held my breath for as long as possible. Although in a short time already, I felt as if I needed air. I forced my eyelids open as the water stung my eyes. Zayn was straight ahead, struggling for a dry surface. I reached my arms out and finally felt his wet clothing drag against my palms. I used all my strength and air to push Zayn towards the edge of the pool where he could hold onto. My chest burned and my lungs were cringing, begging for air. I could feel my head pulsing, as if it were about to burst, and I gave up. I unsealed my lips and watched as my sight darkened slowly, seeing the last glimpse of the sun and the sound of underwater slowly fading out.

Harry's P.O.V.:

"...rry... harr.. arry.." I heard from a distance. I sat up from my bed and stood quiet in case I heard another call. "Harry!" I literally flew off of my bed to the window and saw Zayn freaking out about something in the pool. I darted out the door and ran to the pool.

"What!?" Zayn's shaking arm was pointing into the pool. I stepped over beside the edge and Eryn was sunken into the bottom, helplessly floating. I looked in terror. Almost bursting into tears, wondering for how long she has been in there, I sloppily dove in. The water prevented my tears from being able to roll down my cheeks, and the stinging sensation faded. My eyes felt sore from the pool water. I quickly grabbed her nearest body part and dragged her to the surface. I carried her onto the marble floor and I silently wept. My throat felt as if it was closing up, making it much harder to breath. "How long?" I asked Zayn, keeping my eyes fixed to the breathless Eryn. I pumped my palms on her chest. "What?" Zayn's breath was heavy and hesitant. "How long was she under there?" my voice raised unintentionally. "L-like... Thr... Two- two minutes? I- I'm not sure!" his words slurred. I crashed my mouth onto Eryn's and forced as much air into her mouth as possible. "Eryn, come on."

Zayn was whispering "I'm sorry." over and over again. Finally, Eryn coughed and water spilled from the side of her mouth. Her coughing was sharp and her breath was uneasy. Then she stopped, her breath rate slowing down. Her eyes remained closed. "Is she alright..?" Zayn asked me. I could tell he was still frightened at what he just witnessed. I nodded and leaned my face closer into Eryn's. my hand found its way onto her face, caressing her soft cheeks. I hugged her as she laid on the floor.

It looked as if she was unconscious, but the fact that she was breathing normally was enough.

"Eryn?" I shook her, "Eryn, are you alright?" She sat up and wrapped her arms around my neck, pulling me into her. She was shaking like crazy and I could hear her sniffling. I held her tightly, rubbing her back in comfort. "It's okay. I'm here." I whispered to her. She pulled me apart from her and kissed me without a word. Our lips locked in perfectly. I kept my eyes close as I felt the parts of my heart flying around, trapped and bouncing about. I held her waist and pulled her in. I've been waiting for that moment. Then she released and hugged me. "Thank you, Harry."

I realized Zayn had already went in. I carried her bridal style into the house and the boys crowded around us, who were worried to death.

"Eryn! are you alright?" Louis literally screamed in her face.

Liam stared at her and grabbed her hand. "please be careful.." and he let go.

"Eryn, I hope you are okay. You really worried us!" Niall said with the most worried face.

Zayn brought his head up from facing the floor and his eyebrows were arched upwards. "Eryn. I'm so sorry. It was all my fault." Eryn gave him a smile and reached to pinch his cheek.
