After the meeting with the boys I went to our gym in the basement. I started my usual routine of running 11 miles, benching 180 in two sets of 50, sitting on the leg press and lifting 300 in four sets of 25. Right after the weights I swam 12 laps around the pool. I got out of the pool and grabbed a towel, mussing up my hair with the cloth. I dried off some before heading to my room and showering. Dressing myself only in sweats and a black muscle t, I went to the kitchen. On my way I spotted Ronnie watching tv in the den. Jay was in his room, chilling until news of our next assignment. Jin was most likely arranging for Ronnie to be tested.
Once in the kitchen I grabbed a bottle of water and drained it. I picked up two more and a bag of chips before going into the den. Ronnie looked back to see who it was before turning back to the tv. I sat next to her and offered the chips, which she took and opened. I started drinking another bottle of water when she dropped the control in my lap. I shrugged and changed the channel to Person Of Interest. I heard her snort and I raised an eyebrow at her.
"You watch this show because...?" I answered, "I like it. I sure as hell ain't watching this to take notes." She laughed and ate a chip. We finished the show and I switched to a recording of Loveless. She squealed as I grinned and I felt her turn towards me. "You like this kind of stuff?" I shrugged and said, "Not much. But I knew you'd like it so I had Jay record some stuff." I stood with my two empty water bottles and headed to the door. "OI! MARV!" I turned just in time to catch her fairly empty bag of chips. "I ain't a garbage boy." She just looked at me and I left with a smile.
In the kitchen I found Jin getting into his box of Twinkies. "Really dude? We just bought those yesterday!" He looked at me with big eyes and huge cheeks stuffed with pastries. I quickly pulled out my phone and took a picture. His eyes somehow got bigger and I chuckled as he finally swallowed. "Marv you ASS. You better delete that!" I gave him a look that said hell to the no and he pouted. I took another picture and he lunged at me. I kept him back with one hand as the other posted the two pictures to my email. "MARV I HATE YOU!" I blew him a kiss and poked my cheek. "Love you too Jin."
