(Olivia's pov)

"Are you ready yet, babe?" Andy asked, from the living room.

"Yes, hold on." I put on my silver earrings and grabbed my pumps. I went into the living room.

"Well, don't you look beautiful?" Andy said, grabbing my waist and kissing me slowly.

"Don't I always? I'm kidding, thank you."

We walked hand in hand to the fancy restaurant. The hostess directed us to a small table, with a closed curtain. It was a little odd, but possibly could be an indication that Andy may propose tonight.

"A little private, huh?" I jokingly said, sitting down.

"Is it too private? I could get us another table. I knew I'd mess something up." He said, sadly.

"Andy, I was joking, babe. It the perfect amount of seclusion." I said, grabbing his hand and playing with his thumb.

"Well, I'm glad it's perfect. You know what else is perfect?" He said, staring into my eyes.

"Baby penguins?" He laughed.

"Nope, but they're are pretty cool. You, you're perfect." Just as he finished, he grabbed something from his pocket. Wait, is this the ring?! What if he proposes right now?! I'm not ready. My makeup looks bad.

Andy pulled out an envelope. He slid it over to me.

"I know you wrote me a letter when we were separated, so here's mine to you."

It read:

Dear Olivia,

I am shit at writing letters, but I found the perfect lyrics to let you know how I feel.

Dear Darlin’, please excuse my writing. I can’t stop my hands from shaking cos I’m cold and alone tonight. I miss you and nothing hurts like no you. And no one understands what we went through. It was short. It was sweet. We tried. And if my words break through the wall and meet you at your door, all I could say is: “Girl, I mean them all.” Dear Darlin’, please excuse my writing. I can’t stop my hands from shaking cos I’m cold and alone tonight. I miss you and nothing hurts like no you. And no one understands what we went through. It was short. It was sweet. We tried. We tried. Been thinking about the bar we drank in. Feeling like the sofa was sinking. I was warm in the hope of your eyes. So if my words break through the wall to meet you at your door, all I could say is: “Girl, I mean them all.” Dear Darlin’, please excuse my writing. I can’t stop my hands from shaking cos I’m cold and alone tonight. I miss you and nothing hurts like no you. And no one understands what we went through. It was short. It was sweet. We tried. Oh I can't cope. These arms are yours to hold. And I miss you and nothing hurts like no you. And no one understands what we went through. It was short. It was sweet. We tried. We tried.

I love you and I always will. No matter how big Lawson gets, you'll always be that girl I loved the summer of 2013. You were perfect for me in every way, but I was a fool and I let the most important thing in my life leave me. Even though I let that happen, I'll love you forever and always. Just before you move on, I want to let you know how much you truly mean to me. I love you, Olivia.

                                                                                              Love, Andy Brown x

I smiled, holding back the tears. He felt the same all those days I cried over him. He was in the same position. I had no words, so I kissed him instead.

"Why didn't you send this to me?" I asked, nicely.

"I thought I would look like a fool. I felt like it would go perfect with what I was going to ask you next." He was about to get up, when both of our phones started going off. Lauren was calling me.

"Hello?" I asked, in a not-so-pleased tone.

"Livy, it's time. I need you! Hurry!" I can't believe it.

"Okay, I'll be there soon. Don't have that baby without me." I said

"Lauren's going into labor!" I said, smiling at Andy.

"I know, Adam just called. Are we going?" I nodded, as he set down some money on the table. We walked, well almost ran, to the car. I can't believe this. I am so excited!

We rushed to the hospital. We rode the elevator to level nine, the maternity ward. I rushed to the nurses' station.

"Hi, um I'm looking for Lauren Crosby. I'm her sister. I need to see her." I said, barely able to speak from being so out of breath.

"Calm down. You can breathe now, hun. She's in room number 315. Go right in." The nurse said, showing us where the room was.

I rushed over to Lauren's side.

"How are you? Do you need anything? Are you in pain? Should I call the nurses from an epidural drip?" Her, Andy, and Adam laughed at me.

"Wow, you're even more nervous than Adam and I. I'm coOOOOOOOl." She said, hitting another contraction.

"So how long have you been having contractions?" Andy asked.

"Ever since I left your apartment. I actually started them when I was on the way down from your apartment." She said, grabbing a tighter grip on my hand.

The nurse came in and checked her the time between each contraction.

"Well, I'm sorry, but you two will have to leave. Ms. Crosby is ready to push. We will get you when she has the baby." Andy and I went into the waiting area, which was empty beside the two of us.

I sat down on the couch, while Andy stood against the wall.

"Why don't you sit?" He sighed.

"Because I have to ask you something." He got down on one knee. "I was trying to do this at dinner, until Lauren and Adam called. Olivia, I am utterly in love with you. I need you in my life. I want you forever and always. Through the good and the bad and the ugly. We can grow old together. I love you so much and I want you to be mine, forever and always! Will you marry me?" He said, bringing tears to my eyes.

"Yes, I will, Andy! I love you so much!" He smiled and slipped the ring onto my finger. It was a gorgeous princess-cut diamond.

We sat, cuddling on the couch for a while. Adam came in and got us. We headed straight to Lauren's room, seeing her holding a newborn wrapped in a little, blue blanket.

"Say hello to James Christopher Pitts." She said, handing me the little bundle. I smiled and rocked him gently in my arms.

"Hi baby boy. I'm your auntie Olivia and this is your uncle Andy. We're going to buy you trucks and cars and hockey jerseys and anything you want." I said, in a hushed tone. His eyes were closed, so you handed him off to Lauren. She gasped.

"What's wrong? Did I do something?" She shook her head and smiled.

"Is that an engagement ring I see?" Andy and I nodded.

"And when did this happen?" Adam asked, elbowing Andy's shoulder.

"Well, I was going to propose when you called us, but I ended up doing it here, in a hospital waiting room. Romantic, huh?"  I giggled.

"Well I love you either way." I said, kissing him.

"Hey, woah, keep the PDA to a minimum. There's a child around now." Lauren said, laughing.

Today was perfect. What made it even more perfect was spending it with my three bestfriends.
