Chapter 2

Travis's POV

    Dang! Katie looked so adorable when she got angry. I ran up to the Hermes cabin and hid the bag of powdered sugar under my bed, along with all of my other pranks. Which one next?

Someone tapped my shoulder, and I turned around to find Connor grinning at me like a madman. "Ready for the next prank?"

I nodded, my eyes darting to the two paint guns in his hands. "Who are we playing it on?" I asked curiously.

"The camp store," Conner said with a smirk. Is he still clinging to the Travis-loves-Katie idea? I admit, I may have a teeny crush in Katie. But I'm positive she doesn't like me back, every time I pull a prank on her, the glare she gives me is full of loathing, and it hurts every time, but it's worth it to get her attention.

Luckily, Katie works at the camp store, so we will be pranking her and Jessica from the Dionysus cabin, and Padma, from the Demeter cabin, like Katie. Conner handed me the paint gun, and we stealthily walked towards the camp store.

I gripped the paint gun in my hands. What's hotter than a daughter of Demeter covered in green paint that doesn't even come close to the beauty of her eyes?

Katie's POV

I saw Conner and Travis trying to tiptoe from the Hermes cabin to the bushes near the camp store, with paint guns in their hands.

I got my ice ready, with Hannah, my best friend, daughter of Apollo, and Padma, my half sister. I left Jessica in the camp store with Jason and Piper, armed with pie, and a couple of cameras. This is a moment that has to be shown to the public.

Conner stepped on a branch, and I rolled my eyes at their 'stealth'. They were aiming their paint guns towards the open window when Travis got smacked in the face with pie. I giggled. He looked so cute when he was confused. Come to think of it, he always looks cute. Wait, what the Hades am I saying?

I stepped forward with Hannah and Padma at my heels. Once I got close enough, I shoved ice down their shirts, and I stepped back to admire my work.

I grinned as I heard the click of the camera. I checked my Demi-phone, and there it was on Instagram, with the Stolls' eyes bulging. Nobody messes with Katie Gardner and gets away with it.
