Chapter 8: whats wrong?

1 week later:
I woke up. Shanes arm was draped over me keeping me secure. Untangling myself from his arms he opened one eye and pouted. I laughed and got up.  I walked to the bathroom. Getting into the shower I started to feel sick. The cold water was not helping me. I got out of the shower and wrapped my self up in a towel. At that moment there was a knock on the bathroom door.
"Yes" I shouted.
"You ok? You have been in the shower for a while." Shane shouted through I door. As I was about to open the door a horrible feeling hit my throat and I ran to the toilet.  When I got up I washed my face and brushed my teeth. I could feel Shane's feelings. He was worried. I opened the door and Shane barged in and hugged me.
I hugged him back before laughing and shoving him out of our bedroom.  I opened the closet and took out some track suit bottoms and one of Shane's tops.  Walking over to the mirror I looked at the spot where Shane had marked me the week before. I smiled before putting my hair up in a high pony. Within  just two weeks, my life has changed. I met my mate and I had been marked by him. I was a soon to be Luna but that was nothing compared to the real me.
Shaking the thought out of my head I walked downstairs and into the kitchen. The smell of waffles wafted up my nose and I sighed before grabbing a plate and piling 4 waffles onto it. As soon as I sat down at the table I gobbled up the waffles . This made the pack members in the living room stare at me.  I glared at them and they put there heads down.

"Shane. "
"Luna Cynthia you are contacting the whole pack focus on one person."
I focus on Shane and said " Shane meet me in your office." I got a reply in an instant " sure thing princess." I stood up and walked out of the kitchen towards Shane's office when I heard a cry. I looked around and saw a little girl on the floor crying. I ran over to her and picked her up. She wrapped her chubby little arms around my neck and wailed. I rocked her back and forth singing her a lullaby until she eventually stopped. " what's wrong sweetie?" She looked up at me with her big brown eyes.
She stuttered" mummy g g got took. She wasss ccr crying." I hugged the small child patting her back comfortingly.
"Let's go see Alpha Shane." I suggested. She nodded her head and I walked to Shane's office with the girl in my arms.without knocking on the door I walked into Shane's office. He was sat at his desk sifting through a ton of papers.

"Shane." He looked up from his desk and stared at me. I walked over to him and say the girl down on his desk.
"Sweetie tell alpha Shane what you said to me." She started to tell Shane what she said to me and his smile turned into a frown.  He picked the girl up and grabbed my hand before walking out of the office.
"Tana show me where your mummy was taken from." Setting her on the floor she instantly grabbed his hand and started dragging him down the halls towards a secluded area in the pack house. The door was off its hinges and blood was scattered across the floor. Tana pointed towards the door and started to cry. Instinctively I picked her up and bounced her up and down in my arms. I looked at Shane. His eyes were glazed over.  He was contacting some of the pack members.i started to talk to Tana about her mum and she said the Cutest things like: she is so pretty, funny and as pretty as a princess. She went on and on. It was so adorable.
All of a sudden Shane grabbed my hand and pulled me down the hallway and into his office. 
"Take your wall down" he whispered. I did as j was told and his voice came ringing into my head.
"There are rogues on the territory. We don't know why no one detected them but you need to stay safe okay." I put my wall back up and nodded before walking out of the office and towards Shane's room with little Tana. She yawned sleepily in my arms and rested her head on my shoulder. I smiled. As quietly as I could I opened my bedroom door and walked inside. As gently as I could, I placed Tana on the bed and pulled the bed sheets over her.  All of a sudden Shane barged through the door.
"Shoosh" I whispered whilst holding my finger to my mouth like what primary school children do. He looked towards me and saw Tana asleep in bed before nodding and walking over to me.

I grabbed his hand. "Shane there's something I have to tell you." He smiled before I continued,"I think I'm pregnant." He smiled before a scream echoed through the hallway.
