Chapter 10

Shane
Cynthia woke up the following day as if nothing happened the day before. It was strange. She felt different. I could sense something was wrong but she wouldn't open up to me.
Tana has been staying with us. I think that I might adopt her. Well I mean if Cynthia's ok with it but I think she will be.
Her lump on her head has gone down and she hasn't been complaining of any pain so I think that's a bonus. I just hope that she will open up to me soon.

Cynthia
Tana ran over to me when I woke up.
"Tank you Cynthia." She whispered into my ear. I smiled and said "no thank you for being so brave." She giggled and started to chant " im braver than Cynthia" laughing as she ran around the room chanting I walked over to her and picked her up in my arms before throwing her up in the air and catching her again. A giggle made her way to her lips as she squeled.
All of a sudden I started to crave pancakes. I placed Tana on the floor and mind linked Shane. "I demand you to get me some pancakes right now"
"Just a second princess"
"Shane you better get me some pancakes otherwise i will scream and hunt you down. Got it ?"
" yes princess be right there"

Wishing 1 minute Shane was up in our room with a plate of pancakes. He kneeled down and shouted "here you go m'lady. I rolled my eyes before grabbing the plate and scoffing my mouth. Within a minute flat the pancakes were gone and I looked up to see an amazed Shane standing in front of me. Then all of a sudden a horrible pain etched it's way across my forehead. I screamed and sat on the floor cradling my throbbing head. I felt Shane wrap his arm around me and I could see his lips moving but I couldn't hear.
Then before my eyes a vision appeared.
(Vision)

In the distance stood a figure. It's pale arm outstretched to me. I had the strong urge to run towards the figure standing in the forest. Twigs cracked around the woods. Voices started to echoe around me. "Come back to me."
" earth is not safe" " come back you foolish girl"
Then the vision faded and I was left in darkness.

Hi guys I know I say this all the time but I will try to update more often and I'm so sorry it's short but it was just a fill in chapter. Tell me what you guys thought and give me some suggestions and can someone let me know how you dedicate a chapter. Thanks guys X
