Ross What's Up?!?

I walk outside Riker's room and answer my phone.

"Hey Ross" I say and smile.

"Hi Audie" He says.

"What's Up" I ask.

"I was wondering if you wanted to go out for coffee" He asks.

"As friends right" I ask.

"Of course" He says.

"Sure I'll meet you there" I say.

"Okay be careful Audie" He says.

"I'm walking there" I say.

"Still Audie" He says.

"Of course" I say.

"See ya" He says.

See ya" I say and hung up.

I walk back to the room when I see Bay and Rocky talking outside of the room. I stay behind the corner listening when I hear something out of Bay's mouth.

"I have feelings for Riker" Bay says looking down.

"You what!?! I yell tears threating to escape my eyes.

"Audrey, I can explain" she says.

"Don't" I say and walk into the room.

"Did you know" I ask Riker tears falling from my eyes.

He slowly nods.

"How am I the last to find out!" I say.

"I just found out too" He says hugging me.

I push away from his embrace "I gotta go" I say and grab my jacket.

"Where are you going?" He asks.

"To get coffee with Ross" I say and plug my headphones to my phone.

"I love you" he says and kisses my cheek.

"Yeah love you too" I say and kiss his forehead.

I put my headphones and blast some Nickelback.

I open the door ignoring Bay completely and I leave the hospital. Then the song Far Away by Nickelback came on and tears shed as I walk to Starbucks. I bump into someone and look up to see my dad so I take out my headphones.

"Dad" I say and hug him.

"Rorey" he says and hugs me.

"How's it going?" I ask.

"Good, are you okay" He asks looking into my eyes.

"Yeah, I'm going to see Ross" I say.

"Okay stay safe" he says and hugs me and leaves.

I continue and arrive at Starbucks and take out my headphones and turn off my music and go inside.

"Audie, over here" I hear and look over and see Ross I giggle and walk over.

"Here you go" He says and hands me my Oreo Frape.

"Thanks" I say and hold it staring down at it like I was waiting for it to talk.

Ross must've got the memo and his expression went from happy to worried.

"Hey what's wrong he asks sliding into the booth next to me.

I just turn to him with tears in my eyes.

"Oh Audrey" He says and pulls me into his embrace.

I cry into his shoulder put my arms up to his shoulders pulling his blades toward me.

"What happened? I haven't seen you cry this hard" He says petting my hair.

"B--a---y l--I--k--e--s R--I--k--e--r" I say in between sobs choking on the words.

"Oh my, I'm so sorry" He says pulling away enough to see my face.

His hands go from my back to my cheeks wiping away my tears.

I smile at him weakly with tears in my eyes.

He smiles back and it fades along with mine.

I look down and blink, then my tears fall onto the seat.
