Chapter Seven

-Violet

"Come on , your wasting precious breath!" I shook her arm as she sighed.

"Well Traver's kinda-"

"Kinda what? Crazy , mental , oh oh I know . He's gay!"

"What ? No !"

"Than what?"

"Ugh , he's my ex boyfriend!"

"What?"

"Yeah , my ex as in he and I used to date."

"Well what happened? Is he the player type?"

"Ugh far from it." She scoffed."He's too clingy."

"Aww that's kinda cute."

"No it isn't because he takes it to the extreme. At first everything was all good , until he started buying me things."

"Okay ?"

"He bought me a lot of stuff and when I say a lot I mean A L O T ! I kept telling him I didn't want it but he insisted and said that's his way of showing how much he loves me."

"Woah."

"Yeah and he hated me fan girling with a passion. He could care less about MB."

I gasped as she nodded.

"Well him & Vanessa have something in common." I shrugged.

"Yeah but anyways I don't really wanna go to his party."

"Neither do I but since Vanessa's going I have to."

"Oh . Well have fun."

"No ! You have to come with me!"

"What ? Why ?"

"Because I already know Vanessa will leave me hanging , she always does."

"I'm sure one of the girls will be there too."

"Please Jazzy please !"

"No ."

"Please." I pouted.

"Ugh fine Violet. But I won't have fun."

"Thanks your the best!" I hugged her as she just nodded.

"Oh I know."

After talking with Ray a little longer I finally told him I had to go for real this time. I smiled standing up from my bed and faced Violets side of the wall. I heard someone come inside and come up the stairs. As our door knob turned Violet came walking in going to her side of the room.

"So ..what'cha been doing?" She questioned me as she sat up.

"Nothing much , texting Ray." I shrugged.

"Oh ...been talking to Traver ?"

"Nah , he said he'd pick me up for the party though. You wanna catch a ride?"

"Nah . I'm going with Jazmine." She shook her head as I nodded.

An awkward silence crept up on us as we laid in our beds.

"Um Violet ...what's Ray from mindless behavior name?"

"Why do you need to know my husbands name? You like him or something?" She smirked as I shook my head no quickly.

"Um no . I just wanted to know since he'll be my brother in law soon." I lied putting on a quick smile.

"Oh well it's Rayan De'Quann Lopez . " she smiled and I nodded.
