As eight years old, Sabrina looked with wide, naive eyes at her father being forced into the police car. The blaring lights almost hypnotized her and she smiled as she waved. "See you real soon, daddy!!"

He looked at her and tried to smile to confirm her saying. Claire took Sabrina back inside to drink something and she looked back with a look of despair. It's only one child,... I can handle her. But she just couldn't. The doctor told her of lung cancer. She lied about it. She never wanted to leave her alone. She never wanted to be alone.

But people make promises all the time, then they turn around. They break them.

-

Through the cold glass nearly separating Sabrina from her dad holding the jet black telephone, they spoke.
"H-how's Claire?" Sabrina's father asked with optimism. Sabrina struggled with her answer. The room was getting colder by the second.

"S-She's on C-Chemo Therapy..." Her dad looked shocked. All the beautiful blonde hair her mother had was radiated off. They took Sabrina out of the room when they started chemo.

"Please stay safe, sweetheart." Her father ensured her safety, even if she couldn't be there.
"I know daddy... How long are you going to be in here?" Sabrina questioned her father but he always seemed hesistant about that particular question.

"A long time..." The security guard grabbed Sabrina and escorted her out. Teary eyes filled the room as Sabrina left the prison, she hailed a taxi and made her way home.

-

She paid the taxi driver seven dollars and walked up to her lonely home.

Sabrina walked inside to see her beautiful yorkie, Lily, prancing up to her and nudge her foot. Sabrina snatched a shawl and wrapped it around her tiny shoulders while grabbing a jar of Nutella with a large spoon.

"Kanye West run- Two nine year olds mu- Panda reserve demo-" All of earth's horrendous events happening on the television in front of her. She gobbled up all of the Nutella and declared that her dinner.

Her Princess pranced up to her and jumped on the couch onto her full belly. She relaxed on the couch and laid the shawl on her legs and her adorable puppy. Before she knew it she fell into the darkness of the night.

Sabrina bolted up, having a dream of giant Nutella sandwiches eating her alive. She sighed and checked the time on her phone. It was 7:49. She woke up late! High School starts at 8:00! Sabrina got up to see Princess waiting at her food bowl.
"Oh I'm so sorry, I'll give you some extra right now!" Sabrina cooed to her adorable princess and poured so much dry food, it was almost as large as the dog eating it.

Sabrina went into her closet and picked out her undergarments, a black and white plaid shirt with jeggings and slip-on, black and white checkered flats. She hopped in the shower and didn't care how cold the water was. After she started getting out of the shower, the alarm in her bedroom blared a five minute warning.

She quickly hopped onto her clothes and parted her hair to the side and put on a white hat. She ran out the door and hopped in her sedan. She turned on the ignition and was out of the complex. 7:57 read on the clock. She zoomed through and a red light prohibited her from going to her school complex. She growled and eagerly waited to push the pedal.
K
The green light shone and she rushed to the school, parked her car and rushed to math class. She made it and right when she grabbed for the door and swung it open, the bell rang. Phew.

-

She walked into the lunchroom with her large bottle of water and chicken sandwich. Everyone was either talking to other people and staring at Sabrina or glaring daggers at her. She sat down at her table and drank some water.

The atmosphere got heavier by the minute, as her friend approached her with something in her pocket. "Cass, Do you know what happened?" Cass as in Cassidy Brown, shrugged and ate some of Sabrina's sandwich.

Some cliche, obnoxious guy shouted out, "FIRE!" And before Sabrina knew it everyone held up wet dog food. Sabrina's eyes widened. "RUN!" Cassidy yelled as everyone threw the dog food at Sabrina as she ran.

Sabrina barely escaped, un-dog fooded. She went to the band room lockers and stuffed her dirty clothing in the locker and ran with a towel to the gym showers. She noticed she never had been looking forward to take a shower ever before.

After washing off all the disgusting dog food, she put on a black tee with a white, aztec cardigan. She wore some jeggings and the same now-cleaned slip-on flats. She did a side ponytail while putting on her nice white fedora.

She rushed through the halls, watching everyone laughing at her. One or two people threw dog food but they missed. She ran towards History watching one of the spoiled brats blocking the door laughing at her.

"Guys look, It's Spoiled Dogfood! Oh wait, that's Sabrina!" Karen Kramer laughed as Cassidy stepped up to her face.
"And there goes the wicked witch of the west!" She retorted.

"Why don't you just go and do other people's homework instead of picking on a girl out of your league." Karen growled.
"I really wish I can hit you a baseball bat, oh wait!" Sabrina chuckled, taking out a foam baseball bat.

"Oh ho ho! My face costs more then your moms hospital bills! You, wouldn't, dare...." Karen smirked. Sabrina growled, clutching onto the baseball bat. The fact that she chose her mothers hospital bills as a backup for how much her petty face was was just horrendous for Sabrina.

"Oh then more then, lemme guess, that fake nose, eyebrows, ooo, those pretty, pretty green eyes? Maybe even your red hair is fake...." Cassidy trailed off.
"Try this for fake!" Karen scratched Cassidy's arm and Cassidy broke into tears.

"Y-you are a-a witch!" Cassidy pleaded as Sabrina hugged her for comfort.
"And you just committed assault. I would love to see your little pink bottom in jail!" Sabrina hissed.
"Sabrina Marcus, Karen Kramer, Report to the Principal's Office."

"I hope you know that my daddy is going to ban you from this city when he becomes mayor!"
"And I bet my yorkie will bite your head off and feed it to the neighborhood stray cats. We both have something we can't have." Sabrina smirked and went down to the front office with Cassidy in her arms to await the consequences.
