"Hey, Risk!... Guess what day it is?!"

... What?! Where??
"Wait, better idea, let me show you!" the voice in front of me says again. A little more awake now, I recognize the voice to be Beta's, and I know she's happy about something.
"Cmon, guess!" Beta says again.
Ungh... Beta... I'm trying to sleep...
I just barely have time to open my eyes before the world around me goes completely dark. The air around me heats up, and I can feel a liquid flowing over me in the blackness.
Oh, that's right- it's you and Alpha's birthday, isn't it? That's why you're so excited...
All I can hear outside is Beta laughing like she's having the time of her life, carrying me along for the ride.
Well, I'm going to be in here for a while... Wish me luck getting out of here (and hope I can dry off before she "imprisons" me again XD) and wish Alpha and Beta a happy birthday, too.
