Well, that was a fun two hours of work and research xD. I had to look up a lot of constants and do many different conversions that weren't found in my work, but I did it. I found the efficiency of Basque's body system, and I have to say- for experimental genetic manipulations, the result isn't half bad.
I had to make a few assumptions about Pokemon's body temperature and whatnot, because the series isn't exactly keen on it, but I did some research into thermography and came up with the average result of 43°C. So I used that.
