Phase 3: The head still needs to be stuffed, the collar sewn shut, and the decal needs to be added. (Like the spikes on the back, the face detail, and the blue on the back and top of the head. And, of course, the belly :^)

Phase 4: All that's left is to add the patch of fair blue on the front of his head, the fins, and the belly. We're in the home stretch!
