Shy// C.C

I sat at the table while everyone was dancing. I sighed and rested my chin on my hand. As a part of the Hispanic community these parties happen every weekend. Literally.

And when your a shy person like me these parties are not fun. At all. I found myself staring at one person in particular. Y/F/N. She's part of a family that's really close to mine and she's adorably sweet to me but it's my damn shyness.

I watched her dance. She rejected so many people asking her to dance. She danced by herself like if she was waiting for the right one.

She tried to be my friend but I pushed her away. I cringed to myself as those thoughts roamed around my head. She was so nice to me.

The song was over and so I watched Y/N sit down at the table with her many friends. She looked around the room. She was looking for someone. I kept looking at her when we made eye contact. I quickly looked away.

Once I thought I was safe I looked up again but no.. Y/N was walking straight towards me. Shit! She probably came to confront me about staring at her. I felt my palms getting sweaty.

"Hi Camila." She smiled at me. "I've been looking for you everywhere." My eyes widen. I'm the person she's been looking for? All I could do is give her a small shy smile. She giggled and pulled a chair next to me.

"I like your shyness. It's cute." She said. This time I looked into her eyes. Those brown eyes suited her so well. Unlike my dull brown eyes.

"T-thanks. Erm your remember my name?" I whispered. I was surprised she heard me over the loud music. She seemed shocked I asked her that.

"Of course Camila. I'm your friend and your name is really pretty." She smiled. I think i was seeing things but I think I saw her blush.
I smile shyly at her response. I heard "No Role Modelz" start to play. I see Y/N's face brighten.

"Camila lets go dance." Y/N exclaimed. My eyes widen.

"I-I um don't know how." I giggled softly. She grinned at me and grabbed my hand. I felt a good feeling in my stomach. I trusted her so I nodded my head I let her lead me to the dance floor. Everyone was looking at me surprised but I just kept my eyes on Y/N.

She started moving her hips to the music. I just stood there not knowing what to do. She smiled at me lovingly and placed both my hands on her waist. She wrapped her arms around my neck. I started moving my hips to.

"Good job Camila." She winked at me. I smile softly and kept moving to the music when she started dancing in front of me, her backside grinding against me. My mind was going crazy but I kept my cool.

I kept my hips to the music and she turned her neck towards me. She smiled at me and kissed my cheek. She grabbed my arms and wrapped them around her waist. It seemed like ages. I wanted to stay in this position for ever.

The song eventually ended and I thought that was the end of my encounter with Y/N but it wasn't. She intertwined our fingers together and led me past the table I was at and we walked outside.

"Where are we going Y/N?" I asked. She just smiled at me and we kept walking hand in hand up some flight of stairs onto the roof. The moon was out. I looked at her in awe. Me the shy one is with the Y/N.

She let go of my hand and wrapped her arms around my neck. I immediately wrapped mine around her waist. Our foreheads rested on each other's for a while before I placed my lips softly onto hers. Our lips moved slowly against each other's.

She slowly pulled away and kissed my cheek softly. I couldn't believe it. I kissed her. Me Camila the shy one. I kissed her. Y/N I kissed Y/N.

"Y-YN why me.. I-I'm a s-shy nobody." I stutter. I looked down at the ground. I felt her lift my head up. She kissed my lips softly again.

"Listen Camila. You are something. You might be shy yeah but I'm honored to have gained your trust. Your a funny adorable amazing person and I've been wanting to tell you since forever that I like you. I like you I like you I like you. You are something to me Karla Camila Cabello." Her speech was amazing. It was truly sincere.

I smashed my lips onto hers once more and i wrapped my arms around her neck. I pulled away and kissed her forehead softly. She taught me that even when your shy your somebody.
