"Dad who's this?" Maddie asked her father, looking confused because its almost midnight and there's some random guy in her living room and she could tell that her father is pretty pissed
"oh, this is your daughter? im deucalion " said Deucalion with his smile
"Maddie go back to your room" mr.harries said without looking to her daughter. Maddie went upstairs and to her bedroom.
The next day she heard the conversation between her mom and dad
"what is he doing here?" her mom said clearly she didnt know about Deucalion's visit last night
"he wants us to protect his pack from the hunters, but of course i refused. done worry, he wont come near us again"

"wake up sleepy head!" someone inturupt Maddie by pulling off the blanket that she's cuddling with.
Maddie groaned and opened his heavy eyes.
"AUNT JENNIFER?!" Maddie's eyes shot opened when she saw her aunt in her room. She havent seen her since AGES.
Jennifer Blake is Maddie's aunt from her mom's side. She is Scarlett's younger sister.
They hugged and Maddie started to get ready to school. She put on her natural makeup and put on plain creme v neck t shirt and white jeans, she also bought her jean jacket with leather sleeve and she paired it with her studded combat boots. She put her hair in half up and half down with a white bow. She's going with a very simple outfit but still looking cute. And for jewelerry, She just put on her unicorn necklace and a couple of wrapped bracelet.
She went downstairs and she can see her parents and her aunt are having breakfast. She's still not in the mood because of last night, So she's just grabbed an apple and her purse.
"hey come here" Aunt Jennifer said when she saw Maddie is about to leave.
"um i have a morning class so" Maddie lied, tried to avoid having breakfast with them
"come here, mads" her father fold his newspaper
Maddie sat next to her aunt, "im going to teach in your school" her aunt said with her smile
"thats great! you starting today?" Maddie just recognize her aunt outfit and smiled to her
She just nodded and Scarlett came with a plate of waffles.
"nah im gonna get going, i have a morning class and ?project with Stiles so i better go" she took a bite of her apple and took her keys.
Scarlett just gave her husband a sad look and ate her breakfast with her husband and sister. Jennifer is going to stay with them for a couple of days or weeks until she gets her own place.

Maddie started her car and put her fringe cross body bag on the passanger seat, she checked her phone and there's 1 new text
Isaac Lahey: "hey mads, can you give me a ride?Scott is staying at Stiles's"
Maddie replied, "yeah sure!"
She went to Scott's house because he's living with him now, she parked and told Isaac that she's outside. 3 minutes later he came with white plain t shirt and some sweaters because it's kinda chilly.
"heyyooo" Maddie greeted after she moved her bags so Isaac can sit.
"heyy" he greeted Maddie back and put on his seatbelt.
