Maya's POV:
I open my locker and see more notes. Ever since I got that note saying nincompoop I've been getting more mean notes in my locker. I open the note I got today and it says, "Go die" A tear runs down my face. You'd think I'd be use to it by now, but I'm not. Lucas comes up to me. "Hey Pancake." He then sees the note and gives me a hug. I bury my head into his chest. "Pancake they're just jealous." I kiss him on the cheek. "Thank you," I whisper. "For what?"
"For always being there for me." He smiles. "Of course." I get my stuff for 1st period. I start walking to 1st period with Lucas.
«Next day»
"Why are you even here?" says today's note. I then look down the card and notice it says, "-M+R+H" When I see the R I immediately think of Riley. Could Riley be sending me these letters? Of course not we're best friends....right?
