Maya's POV:
Lucas, Riley, Farkle, and I walk into Topanga's laughing. I stop wide eyed. I fill with hatred. "What's wrong?" Lucas asks me. Then, they see him. "Maya." he says. "Kermit." I say rudely. "Maya!" Riley yells. "Maya, call me dad." Kermit says. Tears start forming in my eyes.
"Call you dad? I would never." I snap. Kermit looks taken a back. Lucas hugs me and whispers, "It's ok." He starts stroking my hair. "Maya, last time I was here I told you I'm sorry." Kermit tells me. "And what did you do after that? You went back to your other family. What about me? I've been broken for so long." I yell.
Tears are running down my face. Farkle puts a hand on my shoulder. "Maya, I had no idea." Kermit says. "Of course you didn't! You were never there for me! Look at me now. I'm broken." I yell. Everyone is looking at us, but I don't care. "Maya, I've told you, I'm sorry." Kermit says. "Sorry won't make these scars go away." I yell in his face.
"What scars?" Riley asks. I pull up my sleeves. Everyone gasps. All the scars in my arms are visible. I pull of jeans. Everyone gasps again. The scars on legs are visible too. I pull down the part of the jeans that hide my scars. I pull down my sleeves, too. "Now do all of you realize how broken I am?" I scream and run out the door.
