  Yami's temp went up and down for about a week, but it did go down.  It was getting towards the end of the month, and the school was throwing a Halloween party.  I picked up a box from the costume store with my new costume in it.  I meet up with Bib and Wade in the hallway and we walked together to my room. 

  Yami was in there on his computer, not really paying attention to us.  "Hey Yami, I got us something."  I said.  He looked up and raised an eyebrow. 

  "What?"

  "Something for tonight."  He got up and wandered over to the box.  I stepped in front of it. 

  "No peeking!"  I picked it up and handed it to him, "Don't look till you get into the bathroom.  I already pulled mine out."  He looked back with an odd look on his face but just walks into the bathroom and closes the door.  I started pulling on my doctor outfit, Bob and Wade just look at me, wondering what I did.  I just smile.  

  After  a couple of seconds, we can hear Yami shriek. 

  "I AM NOT WEARING THIS!"  He roars from behind the door. 

  "Oh, come on Yami!  It'll be cute!"

  "No!  No way in hell am I putting this on!"  

  I get close to the door.  "Please?  For me?" 

  I can hear him sigh on the other side.  "Do I really have to?" 

  I nodded, then realized he couldn't see me so I said, "Yes, it'll be great.  Trust me."          

  "But Mark, that's the thing.  I don't trust you." 

  "Just do it!" 

  "Fine!  I'll do it, whatever." 

  We waited a few moments, "Mark, how did you know my, you know, size?" 

  I shrugged.  "I don't know, just a great guesser." 

  Several seconds after that, Yami stepped out of the bathroom with his arms crossed and his face bright red. 

  "This is stupid!"  He huffed as Bob and Wade just lost it.  I had my doctor suit on and waltzed over to him. 

  "What?  No you look great.  Better then I expected actually." 

  He had a white nurse dress with red trimming and red cross on the skirt part.  He even put on the little nurse hat. 

  "Oh come on man!  You look good!"  Wade said trying to recover from laughing, but as soon as he looked Yami straight on again, he couldn't hold it in.  I decided before we left that he could lose the nurse hat if he must.  He ripped it from his head and chucked onto his bed. 

  When we arrived Yami's face was red again as we headed into the gym. As soon as we walked in, Minx and Krism were sitting by the door, talking.  But as soon as we stepped through the door, they stopped, and turned to stare, after a few moments of staring, they burst into hysterical laughter.  Yami's face reddened even more as he put his face down and pushed through the crowed. 

  "Yami, come on dude come back!"  I said heading after him through the sea of people. 

  I saw him push the door of the women's restroom, after a second, girly shrieks could be heard as Yami shuffled out, mumbling an apology.  I followed him in, he locked himself in a stall. 

  "Yami," I knocked on the door, "come on buddy, it's not that bad." 

  "I hate you for this!" 

  "Oh please, be a man dude!"

  "You just don't get it do you?  You aren't the one wearing a dress!" 

  I sighed and leaned my back against the door.  "Yami?"

  "Yea?" 

  "Wanna switch costumes?"

  "You would do that?" 

  "Sure!  Anything for my best mate." 

  'What." 

  "Never mind, do you wanna switch or not?" 

  "Yes." 

  He came out and we started stripping down, I was just praying nobody came in.  I looked through a mirror as Yami was pulling on the doctor pants, and dang, his back is so much more, muscular than I thought it would be, and I caught myself staring, and so did he. 

  "What?  What are you looking at?" 

  I shook my head.  "Nothing, nothing."

  He raised an eyebrow, "Ok then." 

  Once we were both fully dressed, we headed out together.
