'Call me Pooh, because all I want is you, honey.'

Chapter 8 | The Bar

"Why in the world did we have to go to the park today?"

Amelia and her little sister Rachel had arrived at the Blossom Park about half an hour ago and within this time of waiting, Jamie and I had our little brother-sister bonding time on the swings. Surprisingly the press weren't about but then again, they're usually out when I'm with my father.

Jamie flashed like a blink of an eye when he noticed Rachel speeding his way. Her cute blue dress and strawberry blonde hair was a sight for Jamie and I could tell. That boy looked like he was seconds away from fainting.

My stupid best friend strutted herself towards my direction in her baggy grey top and loose pants, her hair looking crazy and her face looking like she was either ready to kill someone or she was high. I looked at her scruffy shoes and up again at her head and shook my head.

"Did you just walk out from your grave, Amy?" I mused with a slight grin playing on my lips.

She shot me a dirty look before dropping herself beside me on the swing. "Well, I feel like it. I'm still experiencing a bad hangover."

"It's been 2 days, Amelia." I reached an arm over and lightly punched her with a chuckle.

"I know, but my head still hurts like fuck." She groaned. "I just want to crawl into my bed and sleep forever. But I couldn't bloody do that because you wanted a little double date at the park."

"Aw, you think this is a date?" I teased and she just rolled her eyes and pulled at the sleeves of her large top. "I didn't exactly want to come either but Jamie was bored."

"Yeah, Rachel was nagging me about how the weekends have been so boring." She said. "But I just told her to suck it."

"Aren't you sweet?" I laughed while punching myself on the swing.

"Honestly, how much did I drink?" Amelia said while rubbing her eyes.

I stared at her for a second before answering. "I don't know. But it was definitely a lot."

She let out a loud groan. "I'm such an idiot."

"I know you are, babe." I winked and she rolled her eyes but I caught the faint smile on her lips. "Why are you dressed like a hobo?"

"Rachel was so excited to see Jamie that she practically dragged me out of the house before I could even brush my hair." She shrugged. "It's not like we have go dress up for the park. Speaking of which, why do you look dressed up?"

I still hadn't told her about meeting with Adam and Theo because when I called up, she hung up quicker than she picked up. I decided to just tell her when she got to the park but I didn't expect her to be dressed like this.

I'm not saying that she looked absolutely horrible. Amelia was beautiful naturally but I don't think she'd be confident enough to look like this in front of the two most popular boys in school.

Scratch that. In the whole town.

"Well," I started and when I gave a sheepish smile, she raised a sharp brow. "Theo and Adam asked us to meet up with them to discuss some revenge on Isaac."

She stared at me for a while before blinking. "What the actual hell did I miss? I mean, I remember a bit about how Adam punched Isaac and stuff, but the rest was a complete blur."
