*TERRIBLY OLD* Rise Of The Cats #1 Dreams

Chapter 17

Willow jumped to her paws as she heard Swift walking into the den. "Swift! Swift! Swift!" she called, that's when Swift and Raven stepped in and Willow immediately put her head down at the sight of Swift's brother.

"What's wrong?" Swift asked looking worried.

Willow continued to stare at her paws as she answered back. "N-nothing..." Raven looked annoyed that the young she-kit was acting that way and Swift nudged him out of the den.

Checking to make sure Willow wasn't listening Swift turned back to Raven. "She's just shy OK? Let me talk to her." Raven nodded and walked back to the clearing.

That's when three cats burst into the camp. One cats face brought joy to Swift as she saw it. Stardust had returned! She stared in surprise at Swift and walked up with the other two cats, who Swift recognized as Bash and Stick, meowing a greeting. "Hello young Swift, why are you here?"

Swift licked her paw and drew it over her ear before responding. "Momma and me and Strike and Raven live here now." She purred.

"Really?" Stardust replied. "I thought Fade hated Lili..."

"I did too!" Said Swift. "But I guess he changed his mind." She continued looking in confusion as Fade's den.

Just as she did so Fade trotted out of his den glancing over at Stardust and coming over to welcome her. "Ah! My daughter is back!"

Swift looked at the two cats and thought to herself. Fade is Stardust's dad? I don't see it... But she pushed the thought away as Bash snorted. "What are they doing here?" Fade lunged at him.

"If they are here its because I said so! Never underestimate me!" He snarled and Bash backed up.

"Fine..." The big Tom muttered.

Lili stepped out of the den and froze when she saw Stick. "Oh... Hi S-Stick," she whispered,  Dusk also came out and purred when she saw her mate, Patch and  Cheetah at her heels.

"Daddy!" The two kits squeaked in unison. Stick rubbed against his kits looking overjoyed while Lili was still frozen in her spot. 

Stick looked at Lili recognition flashing in his eyes. "I see you have found a place in our ranks." He said his voice deeper then last time Lili had seen him, she guessed it was because his neck was damaged. Lili nodded shyly looking ashamed as she saw the ugly scar on his neck, and he chuckled. "Who knew a cat like you could leave such a thing? At least I'm alive with my kits, I understand why you did what you did to me, so I can forgive, and forget." 

Lili, sensing his humor let out a fake laugh. "I feel like i'll have a hard time forgetting." she said flicking her tail towards his scar and amusement flashed in his eyes but was gone so fast Lili wasn't even positive it happened. 

To all the cats surprise four unknown cats walked into camp. The first one, a darker calico yowled out. "I am Pepper! I'm part of the Flying birds group! My leader wishes for a demand," she nodded to a sandy striped she-cat next to her. "This is Whisper." Then she nodded to a blue-gray cat, another she. "That's Ocean." Then to the last one a golden tom. "And Spark." 

Fade stepped forward and snarled. "What could your leader possible want!"

Whisper answered her eyes betraying nothing. "He demands you leave and go somewhere else because we will rule here now."

the cats in the Forest groups' fur bristled. "Never!" a cat snarled

Fade looked ready to lose his calm when Stardust spoke up. "No," she said calmly. "This has always been our home and we won't give it up just like that." 

Fade calmed down nodding in approval and flicked his tail. "She speaks truth, if you want this, you'll have to fight!"   

Spark snarled. "Then you give us no choice!" Quick as lightning and probably quicker then Swift had ever seen a cat run he bolted forward and snatched Willow who had wondered over to near the entrance, looking at a butterfly on a flower. she screeched as the tom picked her up and called out.

"Mamma help!" as the cats ran into the forest. 

"No!" Screamed Apple running after the kidnappers, Ram, Bash, Coral, and Dusk followed, Bash hissing a challenge.

Swift perked her ears to hear him as they disappeared. "Stealing my brother's kit? They'll pay!" And she wailed.

"Willow! No! First Sneak then daddy then Sky and now Willow! Spirit cats why!?"

AN: sorry for such a short chappie but i wanted a cliffhanger, what will happen to Willow? Is she gonna survive? find out next time! :D
