Justin's pov:
What the hell?!
The smell hit me like a punch to the face. I looked straight at the area where the food was being served in the cafeteria but nothing other there could've produced that beautiful scent. It was perfect combination of vanilla and coconuts. I figured it was some girl's perfume, but something made my wolf jump in excitement. I couldn't figure out why my wolf was so happy.
I went to my table being quarterback on my school's football team I was super "popular". Not to mention I just became the alpha of my dad's pack. Tons of girls were coming in and out of the cafeteria but the smell lingered in the air like it was right in front of me, but the smell wasn't coming from any of them.
I turned and asked my best friend the guy to become my beta of the pack " You smell that?"
"Naw man, smell what?" He answered with a shrug.
"Never mind, forget about it dude."I looked around again when my thoughts were interrupted by a familiar voice calling my name.
I turn to see my girlfriend, and thought this bad because my wolf got angry at the sight of her than I realized why my wolf was so happy earlier.
Mate.
My mate was near by.
Shit.
