Chapter 4

Two days later 

Monday morning

Vanessa' s Pov:

My first day at yet another new school. I can't say I'm excited to start school again at another different school. I've been to a different school so many times I'm used to the feeling and the looks and comments both the men and women of the schools. Girls give me looks of disgust and jealousy while the boys give looks of want and enchantment. I'm just a mere werewolf I'm nothing special, I don't understand why everyone feels the need to put me on a high throne.

Since I'm the youngest in my family I'm the only one of us who had to get up. But because it's my first day I don't have to go right away.

By the time I got downstairs all dressed to eat breakfast all the high school pack members were leaving. I ate a quick breakfast as I waited for my sister to get downstairs to take me to school.

A few minutes passed and sis still wasn't downstairs so I went to the nearest bathroom to check how I looked. I know I sound like a narcissist but I barely spend any time on my look. My eyelashes are so thick I don't need mascara, my cheeks are slightly rosy so I don't use blush, my lips are a light pink color and rarely get dry so I don't normally wear lip gloss. The only make-up I use is eyeliner cause I look like I wear make-up naturally. Even though I don't. The outfit I wore today consists of a white skinny jeans with a plain light gray v neck t-shirt covered over with a short fitted black leather jacket. My accessories were a bright blue tie and matching hoop earrings, I wore my favorite black converse to keep the outfit on track.

I stepped out of the bathroom as soon as my sister got down stairs. She looked at me in awe and question. 

I twirled and looked at her with a smirk , "liking whatcha see?" 

"Oh I don't know cause if you weren't my sister I think you might turn me" she said laughing.

I rolled my eyes as we turned to leave. We got in the car and we were on our way. I hummed quietly to music playing in the background. The next thing I knew we were already at my new school, Trenton high.

Justin's Pov:

I got home late last night and ended up sleeping in late too. I woke at the time when school would start if I was there at least. I felt like I was missing something... I didn't in know what yet though. I won't go to school until later maybe I'll figure it out before then.

Just before lunch time

Vanessa' s Pov:

Thank God math is finally over.. for the day at least. According to my schedule I can go to lunch now next hour is my free period so I could leave and come back after I can do that when I get my car if that even happens this year.

Heading into the lunch room, I try to search for somewhere to sit because I wasn't feeling hungry. I start searching for a familiar face when I'm hit with a smell I'm not used to. Don't get me wrong the smell was extremely pleasant, but I've never experienced this particular smell before. It smelled like wet grass and winter air but in a perfect blend. after realizing that I was standing there sniffing the air like an idiot I looked up only for my eyes get caught on a very good looking man searching for something at the salad bar.

I brain along whole looking at him, next thing I know I'm on the ground. on instinct I begin apologizing.

"I'm so sorry I wasn't paying..." I wasn't able to finish my sentence before who ever this girl is, so rudely interrupted me.

"What the hell? you little nerd!! you just ran right in to me! Aren't you gonna apologise to me or something?" she shouted in my face. I was so close to snapping at her but instead I quietly apologized to her and walked away.

" Yeah that's what I thought..........gasp..JUSTIN!"  That was the last thing I heard before walked out of the cafeteria. Not even realizing my mate still remained in that very room.

Justin's Pov:

Right after Tiffany yelled my name my mates addictive scent slowly faded away if only she would have stayed to at least let me see her face.

Hello as u might have noticed it's the same exact moment as the one in the prologue. hope ur starting to enjoy the story my other might be up soon I'm thinking about typing the whole thing before I put it out. but u know decisions... decisions.
