Chapter Four

3rd POV
While Annabeth was driving the sun chariot, Noah was talking to Madi and asking her, "Madi? Is this a dream? Are we actually in a sun chariot? Is that actually ANNABETH CHASE?!" Madi just looked at Noah and said, "To be honest, I think this is a dream but considering what Mac was telling us earlier, I think it is real." Then Noah randomly yelled, "I WILL BE THE SON OF HADES!!"
Annabeth POV
Once I explained to Mac why I was late to pick them up I finally had a choice to look and see who Mackenzie picked up from CMS. When I did, I was surprised. Usually Mac finds cuter recruits for camp. But these people look normal to me.
"Hey Mac? These people look normal they don't look like they are half-bloods and not counting the fact on if they are they have to be powerful enough to defeat IT. So what I'm trying to say is, are you sure you didn't mess up the choose?" She looked at me funny and started laughing but she stopped when she saw what was in front of me.
"BLACKJACK!" She screamed.
Then she looked at the black Pegasus in disapproval for what I have no idea. They have this telepathic relationship since she is the daughter of Poseidon and all that.
"No blackjack. Just because Chiron gave you five sugar cubes today does not mean you can go to Monster-Donuts! Actually because he gave you THAT MANY, you have to exercise now!" Then Mac jumped off the chariot.
"MAC!" The five people screamed at once.
"OH MY GAWD CHILDREN HUSH!" I yelled covering my ears.
"YOU'RE TELLING US TO HUSH WHEN OUR BEST FRIEND JUST JUMPED OFF THIS DEATH MACHINE?!" The short blond girl said.
"A matter of fact, yes I am! The reason why I am not screaming is because I know of her capabilities with her [again] being the daughter of Poseidon!"
Then they all looked at me weird.
"Oh yeah you guys don't know that. Well she can control water and breathe underwater so she is FINE! She jumped into the lake." I said. The girl with the flower crown and funny, but cool, shirt on looked under the chariot and started laughing. I looked where she was looking and I jumped back in fell on the floor in laughter because there was a figure about to tackle Mackenzie and she didn't know that. Mackenzie got ahold of the water and lifted herself up to where we were and just as she got in viewing distance of the chariot, Percy flew out of his hiding place and tackled her. They both went plummeting back down to the water.
"That's what Percy does whenever he sees her from not seeing her in a while..." I said slowly.
