Are kiss broke. I noticed I was running out of air, I knew I couldn't do anything about it,
So I just held my, sweet Jade.

Surprisingly I didn't care I was about to die.

I herd a alarm outside the glass, then the glass Shattered.
All the water was washed right out, along with me and Jade.

I lade on the ground gasping for air, I spit up some water.

"What just happened?" Jade said.
I looked around, glass every where. I had no idea how the glass Shattered, I was thankful but still.
I looked down a hallway and saw Eric running twords us.

"Guys! Get up and let's go!" He gestured for us to follow.
I was not sure If he could be trusted. I didn't know what his deal was.

"How did the glass brake?" I asked.
He looked anoyed that we weren't coming, but he answered. "I set off a oltra sonic shock wave that Shattered almost all the glass in this base! Now can we go?"

I nodded, then crawled over to Jade and helped her up.
I still was in a lot! Of pain but I ignored it.

We followed Eric through different hallways, seeing guards laying on the floor every once in awhile.
Erics sonic shock wave must have knocked them out.

"Eric where are we going?" I asked panting.
He slowed so we could catch up. "To the hanger." Is all he said.

After jogging for awhile I started to notice guards waking.
"Eric we have to hurry!" I croaked

"I know, I know. The hanger is just around the next corner!" He replied.

"Wait Eric how do you know your way around so well?" Jade asked critically.
He opened his mouth then closed it, and then opened it again and said. "I have a good memory."
Jade would have said more, but we were at the hanger.

"Quick into that long term transport ship!" Eric said as he opened that docking ramp.

We climbed in the ship, it was nice! It had several rooms, a little passenger slash living room type thing, engine room, mini hanger, escape pods, turets, a sweet cockpit with fully loaded rocket launchers, laser mini guns, and a small little kitchen, and a medical room, and of course a halagram room.
It was sweet!

"Dose any one know how to fly?" I questioned.

"I do." Well that was stupid of course Jade knows how. She's amazing!

"Okay then Jade get us air born! Logan let me patch you up." Eric pulled me to the medical room. "Jade after you get high enough, put it in ato pilot. And then all patch you up."

"Okay " Jade said as she walked into the cockpit.

I had completely forgotten how much pain I was in, you know with all the distractions.

"Guys hold on tight! This will get bumpy, they're firing missiles at us!" Just as Jade said it got very bumpy.

"You can patch me up later! Right now let's get to the turets!" I said limping off

I climbed into a turet and opened fire.

One down, two down, five down, nine down. This was fun!

"Hold on!" Jade pressed a button and smart bomb came out the top of the ship.
Jade fired it.
It launched twords the hanger door.
The explanation was huge! It basically took down half the base. The explanation avoiding us of course.
Hens the name "smart bomb" we took off into the sky. Home free..... for now

Eric patched me and Jade up. Then Jade showed Eric how to fly. Then came to talk to me in the living room area.

"Logan about before in the glass flood room-" I cut her off,
And said. "Don't you dare say it was 'near death talking' again. We all know it wasn't!"

"Fine it wasn't. But do you really think now, is the best time to start a relationship?" She asked

I could so tell she was just avoiding the inevitable. "I said it before, and I'll say it again. Considering we might die at any point in time, now is the best time!" I retorted. "I know you've had a hard past with boys, but you sometimes need to take risks."

She remained silent. So I said. "So Jade, will you be my girlfriend?"

Now this surprised me! She started crying, she sat down by me and hugged me, and said "yes." I hugged her back.

"Best day ever." I whispered. She smiled. "I love that smile."
She just playfully slapped me.

"Awwwwww so romantic!" Eric shouted from the cockpit.

"Shut up Eric!" We shouted back. He just laughed.

Then I kissed my new girlfriend. And let me tell you, I could get used this!
