Chapter 26

I went all the way back to NY and walked into the lab. Bruce and Tony wanted to know first so they could see if there was anything they could do.

I walked through the door. "Its okay everyone, you can stop crying. I'm here."

"I like that. That's mine now okay?" Tony said, winked and made a clicking noise.

I rolled my eyes and Bruce cleared his throat.

"Any news?" He asked.

I sat on a desk and clapped my hands together. "Yes! There is." Bruce and Tony looked at me, signaling me to go on. "Well my granddad tracked down the guy doing this to me. His name is Magneto."

"Do you and this Magneto person have any connections or reasons why he might be angry?" Bruce asked.

I shook my head. "No..." I thought for a second. "Wait," I paused, double checking with myself. "Yes." I smiled and looked at each of them.

They stared at me in silence for a while. "Well?" Tony asked.

"Oh!" I said. "Yes, the reason. Well a while ago, Magneto had this, uh, daughter. Her name was Anya. There was this mob. My granddad was in it, and the mob burned down Magnetos house with his daughter still inside, and since its impossible to kill my granddad.."

"He wants to kill you." Bruce finished for me.

I pointed to Bruce with both of my pointer fingers. "Bingo!" I paused. "Anyway, if I kill this guy which no doubt I will, my curse ends then and there."

Bruce and Tony exchanged looks. "We should send someone with you." Bruce said.

I smiled. "Thats cute. But no, this is my buissiness, I want to kill him myself for making me suffer."

"Then atleast let someone come with you until you reach Magneto's castle or lair or whatever he lives in." Tony said.

"Fine. Anyone but Parker though, he'll worry too much." I said. They nodded.

"Alright. Show up here tomorrow, and we'll buddy you up and you can get going." Bruce said.

I held two thumbs up then said goodbye and left.

Authors note: Hey hey!! So gettin towards the end here. :'( Well some of you may (or may not) be wondering 'Is there going to be a third book? A fourth even?' Well I'm here to tell you those answers!! Yes there will be a third book, but thats the end of it. All good things end!! But, I will be writing other fanfics of Marvel and DC so KEEP AN EYE OUT!!
