Chapter 34:

"Thanks for tonight" I thanked Jimin as he walked me home. I really had a great night tonight thanks to BTS and most importantly because of him. I'm still scarred about holding Suga's gum though.

"No problem, just give me a call when you're bored, I'm come right away" He said with a sweet smile, I smiled back and nodded. He then waved good bye and walked home.

I on the other hand pulled out my keys from my pocket and was to open the door when I heard a car drove by and parked in the Tuan's driveway. This is the first time I've seen this car, they must have a guest over.

I then saw a slightly older gentleman step out of the vehicle; he then froze as soon as he caught sight of me.

"Good evening" I greeted, he smiled and greeted back then went inside the house. Was that Mark's dad?

Mark's POV:

I got back home a little late than expected but it was fine, atleast I was contented with what I bought, I just can't wait to give it to her.

As I walked home, I noticed a familiar car parked in the driveway. I can't believe he's home today! I took a deep breath and headed inside the house, getting ready to meet the man himself.

"Mark! You're late!" Mom said as he settled the bowl of rice in the table. The table was already set for dinner and my father was already sitting in the dining table.

"I was out with Jinyoung" I said as I cautiously went to the dining table and took a set on my dad's right and in front of my mom's seat.

"You're not with Minyoung today?" Mom asked, I then noticed my dad's eyebrow raise.

"Who's Minyoung?" He asked, this is the first time in a long time my dad has gained interest in my personal life.

"She's my classmate" I answered lowly.

"Don't be silly, she's also our neighbor's daughter and from what I've heard from Bambam and Jackson is that Kwon Minyoung's your girlfriend" Mother said enthusiastically.

So Bambam and Jackson told my mom about Minyoung, I wonder what else have they been telling her? And when did this happen?

"Your girlfriend?" Dad asked surprised, in a good way I might add.

"You could say that, we've been dating for a while now" I said lowly yet again.

"I'm glad to see you moved on from Wendy" He said to me

This is the first decent conversation we had in a while.

"Dad, if Wendy and I never broke up we would still be in California right now" I told him, he shouldn't really be happy that I'm dating someone else now!

"Mark, that was in the pas t now, just leave it" He said sternly

"Then would you prefer staying in Seoul than in California?" I asked him, if he chooses to stay in Seoul then I might just stop this whole Wendy crap and stay with Minyoung for real but if he doesn't then I have no choice. If it wasn't for me my dad and this family wouldn't be in this mess.

"If going back to California is a choice, I would go back of course" He stated.

I guess it was pretty obvious, It couldn't be helped.

"Okay drop this conversation already!" My mom interrupted "We're in Seoul, we're all together and we're happy, that's all that matters."

Are we really happy?

"Anyways, about this Minyoung" my dad started off "I would like to meet her"

"Why don't you invite her for dinner tomorrow? She's coming over to study with you anyways right?" my mom suggested enthusiastically.

"O-Okay"

Minyoung's POV:

I was by my locker, placing my books inside when I felt hands covering over my eyes. I'm sure it wasn't Mark but the person's scent was oddly familiar.

"Jiyong-oppa! Hajima!" I said as I chuckled, he then quickly removed his hands over my eyes, I turned around to see BIGBANG standing behind me.

"I have good news" Jiyong said cheerfully "We've passed the recital!"

"Congratulations!" I said cheerfully as I hugged them one by one "The song is really good, I had no doubt you would fail"

BIGBANG never fails.

"Anyways, we're holding a party this weekend to celebrate, everyone's invited, you should come, you could bring GOT7" Seungri said, I smiled and nodded in response.

"I'll be there" I told him.

"Good because I want to introduce you to someone" Jiyong stated "He might be able to replace this Mark Tuan as your boyfriend"

"Oppa! I happened to like Mark" I told him.

"And you'll like Nam Taehyun better" Jiyong said cheekily. Nam Taehyung of Winner? I thought he was gay or something!

"He might like Mino better" Taeyang suggested.

"I think he'll like Jinhwan of iKON better" Daesung suggested.

"I heard by awesome name" Someone said, we turned to see Nam Taehyung with the rest of Winner coming towards us. I'm surprised to see them, I barely even see them in school.

"Why wait for the party?" Jiyong said enthusiastically "Taehyun-ah, I want you to meet my cousin Minyoung"

"That's an ugly shirt" Taehyun said as he grimaced at my shirt.

"Oppa!" I whined at Jiyong like a 4 year old girl "He's mean!"

"He's right though" Jiyong laughed as he looked at my shirt "Anyways, Winner and BIGBANg have rehearsals, we'll be on our way" Jiyong said as he bid farewell to me and so did everyone else.

"See you at the party" Seungri said as he waved goodbye and left with everyone else.

I let out a deep sigh and just brushed the weird situation off, I continued placing books in my locker when I heard a familiar cold guy call me out.

"Yah! Dog!" Mark said as he was walking towards me.

"Nae master?" I said as I turned around and bowed at him, he then chuckled at me and I chuckled as well. I'm happy I can get to joke around with Mark now.

"We're studying together tonight right?" He asked.

"Yeah, why? Do you have other plans again?" I asked

"No, just making sure" He said as he wrapped his arm around my shoulder "My dad wants to meet you"

Wait what?

"Your dad?" I asked surprised

"He wants you to have dinner with us tonight" Mark stated. I'm having dinner with Mark's parents?!
