Charlottes PoV:
Shannon finishes telling me what Cait said, goosebumps begin to form on my arms.
"Charl. Where are you going today anyway?" She asks, while I straighten my hair. "To see Phil." I reply.
"Really? You think that's a good idea?"
"I did nothing wrong and neither did he! Dan did." I say almost shouting at me, Shannon's expressions quickly change.
"Sorry" I whisper, I walk halfway downstairs to hear voices, it sounds like Lissy and Dans, I can barely hear them though because of the kids running around.
"Hey boys? Can you be quiet for Auntie Charlotte please?" I whisper, they nod while smiling, I can hear Dan and Lissy clearly.
"I miss him Lissy, lastnight was my first ever night without him." I hear Dan say quietly.
"I can't do anything about that." Lissy says sternly.
"I know, it's just, why am I here? I need to be out fighting for him!"
"He needs alone time Dan."
"Maybe seeing me will help." Dan says enthusiastically.
"I highly doubt that." I say walking down the stairs grabbing my jacket.
"Charlotte... Hi, you look nice" Dan says smiling.
"Lissy can we throw away that mug after Dans done using it" I snigger.
"You're just jealous Charlotte." Dan sighs.
"Jealous? Yeah I'm so jealous of an idiot who can never keep a date." I say back, instantly regretting my words.
"Both of you shut up!" Lissy shouts, while walking to the fridge.
"You don't even deserve Phil, especially after what you did in high school" I snigger. Dan sits down slowly looking to the ground and I realise what I've said.
"CHARLOTTE!" Lissy screeches.
