*6 months later, past Phils funeral, everyone is healed and stuff*

Lissy's PoV:

"Doctor Howell!" The chief shouts running upto me. "CONGRATULATIONS!" He shouts in my ear. "For what?" I laugh, while helping a little girl into her wheelchair.

"You have been accepted to Greys Sloan memorial hospital in Seattle! Formally known as Seattle Grace Mersey West." He laughs.
"Seattle? America? Greys Sloan?! That's one of the best hospitals in Seattle!" I shout in excitement.
"You're the top Paediatric surgeon in London! You will be going to work with the top surgeons! Like Arizona Robbins, Owen Hunt, Meredith Grey, Callie Torres!" He shouts.

"Wait, Seattle? I'm going to have to move to America? I don't know... That means taking my kids away from their family... That means leaving my friends." I stutter.
"Listen, it will be hard, and I will let you think about it, you have 5 days to decide Howell. Please, this is a great offer for your career as a paediatric surgeon. Mean while I have a patient for you from America, I know you're a fan, but I can trust you to be professional. He came here on tour and tried to do a backflip on stage, he dislocated his foot and his jaw, the jaw will need surgery." The chief sighs.

"Sir, I'm paediatric. I don't look after this kind of stuff, isn't this for the orthopaedics and the plastic?" I ask.
"There will be moments in your career where you will be doing things out of your comfort zone, this is it." He says sternly, dropping the patients files. "And doctor Bates from the Plastics, and Doctor Black from the orthopaedics will be there, don't worry, this is just a corse." He mutters walking away.

I grab the files, and push the little girl to see her mother after her surgery, then walk to the room I'm meant to go to. It's Brendon Urie... Wow! Okay be calm. "Hi sir." I say pulling a fake smile.

"Oh hello! You're the first doctor I've had since I've been here, service is crap! Are you operating on me, if you are, then I am glad to have my foot broken." He says looking at me in a flirting way. "Okay! Correction, according to your X-Ray, your foot is dislocated not broken, you will not need surgery on your foot but you will on your jaw. I will be looking after you, I will not be doing surgery, your surgeons will come through soon. I'm just taking care of you and I will be supervising your surgery. You don't want me operating on you, I don't know how to do that, I operate on tiny humans, not you. This is just a corse." I say smiling.

"You talk fast." He says sarcastically.
"And you talk too much!" I laugh.
"CAN I HAVE SOME WIRES IN HERE!" I shout to the doctors outside.
"Wires? Why?" He asks.
"You talk a lot! Besides the jaw is sensitive and you're not gonna get surgery for another day, I will wire your  jaws together, you won't be able to talk, but if I don't wire your jaw, the jaw will keep getting damaged, so the wires keep it in place." I sigh, taking the wires out of the nurses hands.

"CAN SOMEONE PAGE DOCTOR BATES?! I NEED ASSISTANCE WIRING THIS MANS JAW!" I shout, causing Brendon to jump. I just laugh at him as he looks upto me scared.
