Harry finds himself on a stranded place, warily, he looks around to find out where he is but all he see is white light. He takes a few uncertain steps towards his right but stops when a small figure appears in a distance. Harry can't make out the face of the person whose standing far far away from him but he can feel the person's eyes on him.
"Hello." Harry says loudly, his voice sounding foreign to his own ears, like he hasn't used it for years. "Can you hear me?"
He asks the distant figure but is greeted with an eerie silence. Squinting his eyes, Harry tries to focus on the figure that is becoming more and more distant with every passing moment.
"No, wait." Harry shouts, running towards the retreating figure. "Don't leave me. Please don't go." But his pleas are ignored and he watches with slightly wide eyes as the dark figure is enveloped by the white light and he's all alone again.
He tries to remember how he ended up here in the middle of nowhere but nothing comes to his mind. He remembers leaving his house and he remembers going to the graveyard but that's about it. Whatever happened after that is a mystery to him.
Harry looks around again, trying to find a way out of the place where white light is the only thing visible as far as his eyes can see and then the realization strikes him and he feels a chill running through him.
Harry realizes that he's dead or maybe in the stage between life and death. He's not sure, all he knows is that this is the only thing that seems possible. This is the kind of place people find themselves in when they're dying in the movies.
A slight ache settles in his chest when he thinks of not seeing the people he loves so much. All those who would cry while his dead body will be lowered into a freshly dug grave. The thought of Laura crosses his mind and he finds himself pondering over whether she would be there amongst those crying people, mourning over his death.
He wonders if he would have to stay here in isolation forever or if there would be someone here to keep him company. He wonders if he'd find Stella and his baby if he'd look for them here.
"Harry." He hears a sweet voice call out his name and his head abruptly snap in the direction of the sound but no one is there.
"Harry, wake up."
The voice says and it causes Harry to frown in confusion and he looks around carefully in every direction to see if someone is there. The very familiar voice asks Harry to wake up again, repeating the same sentence over and over again.
Harry brings his hands up to shield his ears from the voice that now feels like a hammer pounding on his head but it only makes it worse and Harry falls onto his knees, clenching his eyes shut and wishing for the voice to go away.
"Go away. Go away, please." He gasps feeling light headed all of a sudden, he tries to stay awake but his body is like jelly, betraying him and he falls onto the ground with a thud, losing his consciousness.
Harry stirs when he feels something warm and gentle running across his cheeks, he tries to move away but there's a light weight on his chest, making it difficult for Harry to roll over.
A groan escapes his lips as he tries to move again but become motionless when a sweet, melodious giggles sounds in his ears.
Harry frowns at the voice that seems to belong to a little girl but decides to dismiss it, thinking that he just hearing things. But then there's the same, sweet giggle again and Harry's eyes slowly flutter open.
He blinks a couple of times before focusing his gaze on the little bundle of joy sitting on his chest, her tiny hands resting on Harry's cheeks as she stares down at him with beautiful green eyes that reminds Harry of his own. Her bubble pink lips spread in a wide smile.
